“tldr; Absolutely Brilliant. Great service, high quality work and totally fair and honest. My wife and I have used these guys for services and MOT's for several years and have recommended them to friends - they are great. I don't normally go in for submitting reviews but my experience today just highlighted how good they are so felt I should contribute. My car failed it's MOT today on an issue that will cost a lot to put right, but rather than just booking it in they recommended that I approach the manufacturer as they've seen other examples of this issue recently. I've contacted the main dealer and now I'm booked in for an assessment to see whether it will get fixed for free (or subsidised). If it turns out that I will still need to pay full whack to get the repair done then I will of course bring the business back to Bristol and Bath Car Services but if not then they have sacrificed a significant sum of money by going above and beyond in their customer service. Experience already told me that they deliver the highest standards of work, but the honesty, integrity and care for their customer they showed today should be an example to any business.”

Once they've worked out the issue, they always check with you before ordering parts to fix. “I don’t usually write reviews, but today I want to express my appreciation for Halfords Longwell Green. I’ve been struggling with an intermittent stalling issue on my Mercedes CLA— the RPM would rise, but the car wouldn’t move. I visited Mercedes Filton four times, and although they replaced the EGR valve, intake manifold, intercooler, and torque sensor, the problem persisted. Even during my last visit, they couldn’t identify the fault. Feeling hopeless, I went to Halfords for a routine service and shared my frustration with them. That’s when I met Adam, who previously worked at Mercedes Bath. He quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended simply changing the gearbox oil, which had become too sluggish. He also mentioned that checking the oil condition should be standard procedure for this type of transmission issue. After the oil change, the gear shifts feel incredibly smooth, and I feel relieved at last. I’ll keep an eye on the car over the next few weeks, but I’m hopeful the issue won’t return.”

“Been using these for a 6+ months originally bought a brake caliper as couldn't get one anywhere else then recently Bought a waterpump had it fitted by professional mechanic turned out the part and gasket was fault immediately contacted spartan/my motor world they got me a replacement and told me once my mechanic comes back out to remove it the faulty part then to take back to them and they will deal with it. Will continue to use them in the future”

“Cannot thank these people enough, I had tracking done at a previous tyre place and they were cowboys as it was not done properly it was a waste of money as I tried to go back to them 3 times to correct it and it still was not done properly. I came here the manager was very helpful and there was a young black guy who did the tracking and I have to say I was more than impressed as it was right first time and I saw the difference immediately, they also explained that the tyre place Sams Tyres in Easton has been common for this error and they have had a lot of customers that has come to them to correct the mistakes which shows that tyre place was cowboys for tracking. So if I need tracking done again, I know where to come to. Please find one picture before the tracking was done by this place and another picture of when it was done and the difference in the steering.”
