“I never write reviews but I knew I had to because I had the most brilliant experience with this garage. As a young woman, I pretty much always get scammed by garages, and all my female friends/relatives have had very similar experiences, and it makes getting MOTs and taking the car to be fixed/checked over SO stressful. This is the first time a garage hasn't completely made up loads of things wrong with the car just to get money out of me. I took it for an MOT, it was done in about an hour and they charged me exactly what they initially said they would. And as a bonus, the guy working there was so polite/friendly! Genuinely have nothing to fault about this garage- definitely going to be recommending it to everyone I know (:”

“Excellent service throughout. My Audi A3 had an EPC light and Emissions light on the dash and after a test in another garage the fault was "Turbocharger/Compression". I phoned Audi Volks Services and they had no availability for 2 weeks, but said I could leave my car there and they would see if they could fit me in. They fixed the car on day 1 and explained the issue was just a stuck mechanical part which they free'd up with WD-40. I went to pay and they told me the fix was simple, taking around 30 minutes and free of charge. I cannot fault them and will definitely be back if I have any issues and for a service.”

Recovery truck dropped it off, luckily was due for an MOT the following day. Guy and receptionist were incredibly friendly, fixed hole in radiator reserve tank same day, checked it didn't overheat, done the MOT and small repairs needed, parked car back on road. Great service start to finish £130 all in. Other garages could have stung you for lots more. I'll be taking my cars to him in the future. Thank you.”
