“Fantastic service- greeted by Sam and sat in a booth to accommodate my wife’s guide dog. Informative , helpful and lively kind service. New lunch menu is a winner. Lovely chicken ramen and beef salad. Proper nice treat for a birthday and absolute bargain. Tasty full flavour food. Great music playing in restaurant too. Clean and well presented throughout. wagamana a few years ago got dull but they have raised the game and back to being great! Thank you guys great lunch and amazing service throughout.”

“I hope the manager who’s reading this knows that the real asset of this Restaurant is definitely his/her staff! I had initially thought I would eat at Rosa’s Thai however the prices are ridiculous but I really fancied something hot and spicy! My chilli chicken was delicious and plentiful in fact I hardly ate any of the rice. My taro bubble tea was the best I’ve had in ages, but as I said the star of the show was the really friendly and helpful young lady behind the counter.”

“I went to visit my sister and her friends in Bristol city and she took me to a lovely Italian restaurant which called la Fiorentina. i did not expect that this could be a proper traditional Italian taste . a lovely restaurant, with good food and amazing services and atmosphere. i definitely hope to go back there soon i visit England. The Lasagna with garlic bread were YUMMY and so good .”

“Visited on a quiet Tuesday lunch time with my daughter and had the £10 adults meal deal which includes a 9” inch Marg (I paid an extra quid for prosciutto), dip (I went for the pesto mayo) and any soft drink. Food all superb, their sourdough pizzas and faultless and I’m obsessed with the dips. Kids meal deal at £10 is slightly higher end but the pasta and ice cream were both demolished with relish so worth it! Kids do eat free with an adults main though (Sun to Friday) - so next time I’d pay for a 12” regular pizza and get the kids meal free, I was just a bit flappy yesterday and hadnt worked out which was better value! (Doh…) Marked slightly lower for atmosphere just because it was a bit empty in there when we visited, but I’ve been when it’s busier and it’s very ‘buzzy.’ We love the decor and vibe.”

“Tried this restaurant recently off the back of recommendations and gladly can say I was not disappointed and I’m sure you wouldn’t be either! A very authentic and homely feel to the restaurant, warm and quiet spot with quirky basement vibe. We ordered both set menu B and C because why not! 4 us ate here and we had more than enough good food. I’ll talk over some of my highlights from the set menus, my favourite overall was certainly the sweet and sour chicken, crispy yet tender with real sweet and sour flavour running through out the dish pack a real punch and depth of flavour which just kept making you want to eat more and more. Other hits on menus were - king prawns in ginger and spring onions, beef in black bean sauce, aromatic crispy lamb pancakes and mention to the mixed starts, ribs were succulent and juicy, and satay chicken was perfect. Overall some really nice dishes, not full of oil or greasy like a take away, really flavourful and thought out dishes, not a massive menu here and the dishes they do they really know about. Nothing bad to say about this spot and I would rate this visit a solid 8/10! Will return that’s for sure!”

“I have been to this restaurant now on two occasions. I have travelled from Cardiff on both occasions and I can tell you that it is worth every mile of the journey. The food is absolutely delicious, divine and out of this world. The tastes and attention to detail with every dish are very impressive. The warmth, decor and ambience are first class. I made a suggestion to Juliana (multi-talented waitress who also takes great pics) that some bread would go well with the seafood platter and this was implemented on the second visit. The chef, Marcia, grew up in Brazil and her take on seafood dishes and Thai dishes is very unique. She has magic in her hands. I would highly recommend the seafood platter and Tom Yum dishes. Ask for spicy versions and enjoy. I would come here every week if I lived closer. Keep up the good work guys.”

“Me and my fam have been a long time customer of Kimling for probably over 20 years now, prob put hundreds into that place and we have never thought to leave a review! Over the years we’ve ordered a lot of different things off the menu: got big set meals for 10+ people all the way down to cheeky half and half comfort meals bought out of pocket money as I was growing up. Kimling have always been consistently amazing, very quick with orders and we have always had great service. I’ve moved away from Bristol now but I have had cravings for a good Kimling from time to time, tonight though I come back for a home visit and just had a meal that was legit the best Chinese I’ve had. They changed the chips again! The salt and chilli fries are the best they have ever been, seriously tasted like something out of a fancy Chinese street food truck or something. Loads of spice, loads of flavour and extra crispy. The fried rice can’t be beaten, still not had any better anywhere else. Best recommendations for stuff that we’ve had over the years: Kung Po Chicken Chicken balls are huge and crispy The crispy duck is fab Special chow mein with the pork and chicken i think it was, used to be served as a cut up breast ontop with the bbq sauce, the meat had crisp and flavour to it. Anyways, obviously I highly recommend it, and it turns out they deliver now and accept card through ordering a collection on their site which they never used to, so more of a reason for people to get food from this hidden gem!”

“Everyone was drunk by the time the pizza arrived. The delivery man told me I would never want another pizza again after this, my mind went into panic mode, I asked why? He replied with this is the best pizza in Bristol. And GODDAMN was he right! Not only that it got delivered for 420! Happy days! Best pizza. Hands down would eat again.”
