“My daughter had a wonderful experience choosing her prom dress from Olivia’s Boutique. We didn’t feel at all rushed as she tried on many different styles and colours. When we whittled it down to a couple, we were able to try those styles on again. Not at all pressured to decide on the spot which allowed us a couple of days to think it over. It was also reassuring knowing that no one else would be sold that style at her school. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a prom dress. We will be back when it’s the smallest one turn for Prom.”

Billy was great and cut one side in the shortish style, which helped us to decide on a skin fade. He took so much care and time, the haircut is fab! “Last Friday 29th of July 2022, I turned up at Mandco Midsomer Norton at 8.55am. I was greeted by a lovely lady at the door touching her watch as I was early. She was joking and kindly opened for a very flustered customer! ME!! I informed them I had a wedding in Nottingham that day and my outfit I ordered on line was not right! Both ladies showed their empathy & professionalism and I left the shop 30 minutes later with dress, fascinator shoes and earrings all for an amazing price as it was in the sale. I can not thank these ladies enough and I have forgotten their names sorry I hope they know who they are though and again thank you and I will be back x”

No other staff opened it till for me they all sent me to “self scanning” till which was really busy. I’m a manager myself so I look at Customer Service very closely and it times like this when you have to recognise the difference between who’s really pushing your store values and corporate ethics. So a huge THANK YOU ASMA for taking the initiative to open up a till I really appreciate ASMA and this is what makes her Customer Service GREAT above all else.
