“We chose Rhodri's by the lake for our mini Christmas wedding as it ticked all the boxes for what we were dreaming of. Warm and cosy interior with a stunning natural backdrop of a lake. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The venue was perfect and the staff were so professional, very helpful and accommodating to any of our requests. It was a very special and magical day. Thank you all at Rhodri's by the lake and Canada lodge and lake for all that you have done. Highly recommend.”

“Stayed over 1 night as visiting Cwmbran. Lovely double bedroom Coffee/hot chocolate and tea available. Bathroom to a standard. If you add breakfast, dining area is very good. Only let down was that you had to have waitress service for hot drinks and cups were very small. Maybe provide a larger cup !!! Self service on break buffet. Cold drinks , juices, fruit, toast and jam available. It is best to ask for veggie sausages if you are veggie before breakfast starts, as not cooked in buffet selection.”

She was very rude and didn’t have a clue. I just walked away and left me stood there so they called a lady call Janet. I can’t believe how helpful she was a polite, amazing lady I told a young girl she needs to take a leaf out of this ladies book you You might learn something thank you Janet again for being so helpful”
