“I go here every day they're open to make use of the excellent pool to swim, and also attend aqua aerobics classes 4 days a week. Both are a great way to get fit at your own pace and make friends/have fun while taking part!”

“An awesome Mixed Martial Arts gym with a huge range of classes in different techniques and some really great coaching! My son absolutely loves the kids Brazilian Jujitsu sessions and has grown in strength, skill and confidence!”

“Lovely atmosphere, great people. Something the Cardiff community should treasure and enjoy. Not many places these days actually focus on people’s Mind,Body & Soul as Ardours slogan says. It’s not just the venue that makes this place but the people and those that are drawn into the place that make this feel like a big part of Cardiff tucked away just outside of the busy and hectic town centre. Teachers are all great and welcoming with very understanding people who know if you are either a beginner or veteran of their skills and accommodating to my own level.”

“Would definitely recommend this gym. The staff are really lovely, always happy, smiling and welcoming. The other gym attendees are nice and would say hi and greet you when you see other regulars. A friendly, non intimidating place with straight forward machines and a large space. They even offered to open early for me when they were closing at different hours for a bank holiday as I couldn't go during my usual hours, which is such a lovely gesture (I of course couldn't accept but the gesture alone was appreciated!) I only left because I moved away but was definitely sad to go.”

“10/10 all round, beautiful top floor apartment, immaculately decorated with thoughtful extras included, close to beaches and walks, approximately 5/10 mins, asda 5 mins walk, local coffee shops and eateries within walking distance. highly recommended and comfortable accommodation, exceeded our expectations, lovely communication with top rating from us.”

“We love this hotel. We got married here 13 years ago and come here once a year to celebrate. The rooms are great, the staff are friendly. The location and views are amazing. We stayed here last night and ate in the Vale Grill. Our host was Lewis and he was fantastic. Very attentive, and even though it was busy he still made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us throughout the meal. The food was great, I had the Orzo Risotto and my husband had the Hanger Steak. Would highly recommend to anyone planning a visit.”

“Channel View Gym in Cardiff Bay has truly transformed with its recent refurbishments. The state-of-the-art equipment is a testament to their commitment to offering the best to their members. The staff is not just friendly, but mega-friendly, making each visit a delight. However, one downside would be their limited opening hours. Overall, it's a top-notch facility, and I'd highly recommend it to fitness enthusiasts, just be sure to check their operational hours before heading in.”

“Amazing host for a fantastic new up and coming Roller Hockey Team. The Miner's. We train every Thursday night adults 9-10pm. Over 6 and youth on a Sunday 11-12. 16+ Sunday 12-1pm. Please feel free to come along and watch or join in first training sessions are on us. You will become part of a hectic team with a big heart ♥ and lots of big personalities.”

“Go to.the market on a Saturday morning .. it's great and getting better.. lovely Meat, Great fruit & veg, fish, also a general store selling everything and a Green store (so take your own bottles for refills of household liquids )”

“Attended a party in the large function room upstairs. It was clean, spacious and welcoming. No wheelchair access upstairs, but it does have a bar with a few basic drinks. More drinks available downstairs.”

“I have been attending this centre for about two months now doing a selection of classes and times at the gym. All the staff are wonderful and supportive and will adjust exercises in classes dependent on your personal circumstances. The staff members I have found particularly awesome are Vicky, Gareth and the lady who does the core strength on Monday (so sorry I can't remember your name!)”

“My husband and I have just taken retirement and decided to sign up for Risca Leisure membership. The gym suits us perfectly and loving the pool I can honestly say a lovely lady by the name of Mandy on reception was very helpful, polite and very patient with us. Nothing was to much trouble for her.”
