Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options, including fresh, warm pastries. The location is perfect for the NEC, so we’ll definitely be booking again next year. My only small critique would be the lack of an iron and ironing board in the room. There is a dedicated ironing room available, but I found myself ironing shirts at midnight just to make sure it was free having one in-room would make things even better.”

The spa was so relaxing and the food afrom the bar and restaurant was delicious. Had a bath in the room which was fab. Breakfast was all great quality products. Staff were friendly and professional. Cant wait to cisit again. The only downside was 1 of the beds mattress protector had a stain and the pillow was a little dirty but it did not ruin our stay at all staff were very accommodating”

The room is big and a huge TV which is perfect because normally a box standard TV in other establishmentd I use. There was a note in my room that the ground floor is currently being refurbished. So, I'll definitely revisit to see . It was also lovely and quiet stay .”
