The engineer messaged to say what time he was coming, he quickly identified the issue, which required parts to be ordered. A second engineer came the following week and carried out the repair and got the machine working properly again. Both guys were friendly and efficient and the communication from D&G was excellent. For me the whole experience was easy and hassle free.”
