βWent in this Sunday just gone in abit of a rush as I needed a suit for a funeral in the next couple of days. I have never really shopped for a suit before but there was a very pleasant and helpful man there who helped me get the right one. I ended up with the Madrid 2 piece that wasn't too expensive but just right for what I needed. It was comfortable and fitted well. I had received multiple compliments when wearing it. βAlways really friendly, helpful and efficient but tonight even more so. We had a return to send via DPD. I've never sent one before and 2 local places made it impossible. So unhelpful. I would explain but you wouldn't believe me, it's so ridiculous how we were treated. I was really starting to get quite upset and worried I'd have to pay extra to have collected. The lady behind the till straight away said, yes, I can do that for you. Scanned it, added a label, gave me a slip to say I'd dropped it off and that was it. Friendly, helpful, efficient, no fuss.
