He took the time out to help me with what I needed. On my visit I was able to wait for my medication but would have happily returned if they had been too busy. The staff dispensed my prescription very quickly. I’m extremely grateful for their friendly, helpful, professional service today.”

“I have been here twice, on each occasion I received the best care. Reports were given to me within the time frame, they were upfront on tests I will need to do and ones that weren't necessary. The medical reports were gone through by the consultant ( on the day and a follow up telephone for the blood results). All questions were answered, I was never left with any uncertainty or unsure about anything. The reception staff are welcoming and polite. They offer complimentary coffee, latte, water etc and inform you to help yourself. They go out of the way to make you feel like you're welcomed. I needed to have bloods taken and the trained professional was able to take blood in one go! I usually get poked at least 3 times, but she was a pro! Made me feel comfortable and was talking, I didn't even realise that she drew blood until afterwards. I highly recommend this practice, it is my favourite private practice in Birmingham just a distance to get to, but worth it. The facility is also wheelchair friendly.”
