“I contacted Robert September 2023 as I felt my teeth were resembling nanny McFee and the bottom teeth had been very crushed for decades! I had a consultation with Sue who explained the Invisalign process comprehensively. I had a scan of my teeth and a plan with 19 trays was developed. 2 weeks later I had my first tray fitted and I was on the journey. Regular communication was very easy and huge attention to detail. 9 months later and I now have a fabulous set of straight teeth and I have even had them whitened just in Time for my daughters wedding. I am so happy with the outcome and have had many compliments. Thank you so much to all the staff too - a completely stress free environment”

You can rest assured that your Cats (and other small animals) will receive the very best care whilst you are away from them. Alison will always send you photos and updates on your pets to give you that extra peace of mind when you start to miss them (with us, that’s about 2 hours!). Please don’t forget to book early as this leading, excellent cattery fills up quickly. For July/August holidays, I’d try not to leave it later than late January!!!”

“Very helpful practice, I arrived unannounced, with a cat in my arms, which I thought may be lost. They immediately assessed the cat, checked for a microchip(which it unfortunately didn’t have) and then leant me a pet carrier to take it back in. ALL FREE OF CHARGE. I later found out who the owner was and the cat was reunited with them, so that is a happy ending. I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff for their kindness, which is sometimes not shown in this day and age.”

“I am petrified of the dentist thanks to an awful dentist (butcher!) when I was young. I have avoided going for so many years despite my teeth being very bad. I finally had to go due to cavity and getting excruciating nerve pain. After a few calls, I got an appointment with Torcross for following day. The ladies in the reception were lovely and helpful. I went upstairs and only one other person was in the waiting room but within a minute I was called into the consultation room. And met Dr Tang. I explained the issue and my extreme anxiety. He was so nice and explained everything and within 10 minutes, he had put a temp filling in and explained what we would need to do next. I have a follow up appointment for next week and I would never say I am looking forward to it but I am more comfortable and will be less stressed / anxious / afraid. Thank you Dr Tang / Torcross”
