“A Five-Star Experience for Our Beagles at Bowwows For the past three years, our beloved beagles, Bertie and Daisy, have been fortunate enough to attend Bowwows, and we can confidently say it offers an exceptional five-star experience. The owner, Al, along with Kath and the dedicated team of trained and compassionate staff, prioritize the well-being of all dogs in their care. They ensure that every animal's needs are met with genuine concern, providing us with peace of mind while we are apart from our fur babies. The communication regarding drop-off, pick-up, and any necessary updates during their stay is outstanding. Bowwows has implemented thorough policies and procedures that instill confidence in us as pet owners. As we drive up to Bowwows, we appreciate the secure grounds protected by electronic gates, and it’s evident that privacy and data protection are taken seriously here. Upon arrival, the dogs are welcomed warmly, entering into an atmosphere reminiscent of a nursery, accompanied by the gentle sounds of spa music or more energetic tunes during the summer. The facilities themselves are impressive, featuring spacious fields where the dogs can run freely in a secure environment. Bertie and Daisy enjoy structured playtime and the freedom to explore, ensuring their days are a delightful mix of fun and relaxation. They love the sprinklers, paddling pools, an assortment of toys and games that keep them engaged and active. On cooler days, there is underfloor heating inside, along with a cozy relaxation room where they can unwind and enjoy a cuddle after a busy day of play. Bowwows has truly become a second home and family for Bertie and Daisy, filled with love and care. The attention they receive mirrors the affection they would get from us as their own family. It is heartwarming to see how much they thrive in this nurturing environment. Every week, they return home well-rested and content after a day filled with adventures alongside their Bowwow friends. It's reassuring to know they not only receive excellent care but also thoroughly enjoy their weekly 24-hour stay. This allows them to come home happy and ready to relax after all the joy they've experienced. Bowwows is a haven for our beloved pets. Often I wish I could go in for a day of pampering and rest. The combination of skilled staff, secure facilities, and a nurturing atmosphere makes it a perfect choice for any dog owner looking for a loving home away from home for their furry companions. “Great open top bus tour to see some great Christmas lights around west end and more. Our guide Samuel was really informative and amusing! We picked our bus up at 5pm at Green Park. I even learnt some great facts as a Londoner born and bred that I didn’t know!! We booked a guaranteed upstairs seat and although busy it was super well organised. Our 5 year old loved it, even tho it was very cold, relieved we took a blanket for her! A lovely evening and I’d defo do this again.”

“We stayed in the well designed and well equipped annexe called the "Potting Shed" located at the back of the main house which was nice and quiet. There's ample on-site parking which is free. Park Cottage is only a few minutes walk from Warwick Castle and provides good access to the High Street with its shops and eating places. Our hosts, Janet and Stuart were very accommodating. Stuart provided us with an excellent full English Breakfast and Janet was very knowledgeable about what was happening at the Castle and recommended several eating places in the area. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.”

“Our little sausage absolutely loves The Holidog Inn! Each week when we say to Frankie ‘do you want to see your friends’ he goes absolutely crazy with excitement and seeing him run towards the home once we arrive is so nice to see. Carly has done an amazing job and we are extremely happy with the service provided. As we were nervous at first leaving Frankie in day care, Carly put our minds at ease by being very responsive, answering all our questions, clear on structure and amazing with Frankie. Each week since, we’ve seen huge development with Frankie’s confidence and Carly has always been amazing with him. Overall an awesome experience for Frankie and for us as Dog parents.”

“Excellent, first class. From the moment we arrived our hosts Janet and Stewart could not have been more welcoming, they were the best most accommodating couple. Park Cottage is the most quaint building, every room from reception to dining room was exceptionally clean and tidy. We stayed in the Elizabeth four poster bedroom. There was nothing to fault, all your needs are met, from beautiful clean towels, shampoo and shower gel to chocolates on the pillow and pear drops on the dressing table. All the furniture was true to the room. It just looked like stepping into a stately home. The breakfast in the morning was superb, once again nothing was too much trouble and everything cooked fresh. There are no words great enough to recommend a stay here. Would i recommend this to people.....ABSOLUTELY”

Please don’t forget to book early as this leading, excellent cattery fills up quickly. For July/August holidays, I’d try not to leave it later than late January!!!”

This month, we were visiting family in the U.S. while waiting for approval on our flat, and my husband is preparing to start his PhD. We were a bit concerned about balancing all the minutiae of relocating, with work priorities and travel. However, Ellie was extremely helpful.
