“Lovely accommodation with pleasant amenities. It is secure with card access and with wheelchair access and lift. Nearby car park with ample spaces and walking distance to Warwick Business School, Student Union and Arts Centre. The staff are very nice and professional.”

“Beautiful historic pub with great beer. Pub also has a brilliant Latin American restaurant attached. I’ve sampled some of the food on the menu and it’s amazing. Tapas is spot on. Burgers are huge. I’ve stopped here for work and the rooms are nice and simplistic. Whenever I’m in town for work this is my go to stop. The staff and super friendly and welcoming. Also they have the best Guinness in the area and even do a clover when pouring it. (Unheard of these days) sadly I’ve never been on time to try breakfast but smells amazing and I’ve heard good things. Can only imagine it’s as good as the evening food”

“Myself and 2 friends stayed here for one night for one of our friends birthdays, I asked if they could put happy birthday in the room, which they did, rooms lovely, view to lake beautiful, animals nice and friendly made a friend for life with Mr larma lol, Lady on reception was very nice and helpful as was all the staff we spoke too. Would definitely return, would be good idea if there was a was I've making the breakfast room work for them in the future.”

“Tutis have managed my rental now for over 5 years. They have been extremely supportive throughout this time arranging and managing the tenants that occupied my property. Earlier this year my property was severely damaged by a previous occupier. Jag and especially my portfolio manager, Millie have been nothing but exemplary in their conduct and support to get my property up and running as soon as possible. This involved arranging contractors, providing access as often as they needed to repair the home whilst also vetting and appointing new tenants. Millie was transparent throughout the process, providing me with concise updates right away. She has also been fantastic with communication, responding to any query I have for which I am very grateful! In addition to the major avenues of support I also want to highlight the small things I see Tutis provide which really make a difference. Whether or not it's their stellar service, the property handover process or the treats they send out to their landlords during the festive period! “Great location on edge of Warwick campus, next to old church and backing onto farmland. Easy parking, and keys left at private entrance with note for each guest/booking. Small but nicely furnished room with decent en-suite shower. Bagged continental breakfast, generous and tasty and left outside door at exactly time I asked for. Good selection of coffee and tea. Not the best soundproofing between rooms but adequate for my needs. Would book here again.”

“Beautiful immaculately clean, homely property. Couldn't want for anything. Friendly and responsive hosts from booking up to and including post check out. Four ladies in their fabulous 40's had a wonderful retreat here, beds super comfy, well appointed kitchen and wonderful welcome hamper on arrival, so very thoughtful. Well located for a short car ride to leomington spa for a spot of retail therapy. Brilliant spacious hot tub, for resting those aches from the afore mentioned shopping trip :). Would recommend this home and the hosts to others. Thanks for a great stay”

I booked awkward hours and was accommodated without hesitation, on my second journey I asked in advance if I could move the journey time a couple of hours later and again with no hesitation the booking was adjusted! I arrived into the UK via ferry meaning my arrival time had to be slightly flexible incase of delays and they were there already waiting for me! Super friendly, everything on time, comfortable car... 100% will use again when coming to the UK! A+ all round!”

“Dave and Lindsay are the best hosts I have ever met. Always polite helpful and friendly. Hood lane is in a beautiful location with amazing views and beautifully kept gardens. They also host a variety of different events and activities such as yoga and craft fairs. All in all it's an amazingly beautiful place to visit that I would recommend to everyone wether for a walk or a coffee, an overnight stay or a wedding. Keep up the good work guys”

“Stayed here in November. What an amazing find - better than any hotel chain. Great location in Balsall Common - right next to the train station only a 6 min train ride to the NEC (if you're on business there). Its a small, family run business with 3 double rooms (1 more being added soon). The owner Andy was lovely & most helpful. It's modern and gorgeous, lovely rooms and a breakfast room and reading room for guests to use. There is a range of wine, beers, drinks and snacks available (just pay using the honesty box) and your breakfast will be cooked for you to order. Highly recommend this place & will no doubt return!”

“Great location, nice and peaceful. Rooms were immaculate, homely and very comfortable. Kenilworth Castle is a short walk away and Stratford-upon-Avon not too far a drive either. Tamarind was a great host, at the end of a phone for any queries. Home made cake and teas were a lovely welcome. Tamarind went out of her way to make our room up early. Beds were really comfortable with a lovely view of endless fields. Our stay ended with a breakfast with everything we needed. Fresh fruit, juice, yoghurts and a hot breakfast wrapped up a perfect stay. We'll definitely return.”
