“I brought a used gold chain from another dealer in Coventry, after the sale was complete and I went home there was a discrepancy or misunderstanding about the weight. So I got a refund and went in to the golden shop to see Sanjay after. He did me a very good deal on a new chain. After the sale was complete I went back because I wasn’t happy with the clasp, but I was being very picky. Sanjay listened to what I wanted and had it altered at no extra charge. I’m really happy with it. They were friendly, informative and very professional each time I visited the shop. Which turned out to me a few times. I couldn’t recommend them enough.”
