“My 15 year old daughter started here only a few weeks ago and absolutely loves it. There was no pressure at all when she started, they offer a trial service over 2 weeks to make sure you definitely want to do, but my daughter knew after 1 week it was what she wanted to do. The staff are all amazing and so helpful and friendly and you can ask them anything. My daughter has also signed up for the charity event this weekend where they are doing kickboxing from 9am and 9pm. It really is a lovely place and everyone is welcome. Couldn't recommend it enough and it was recommended to me too and I can see why! Keep doing what you're doing you're all awesome!”

Only £4(!) gym fee for pay as you go or membership available. 2 minute sign-up process that can be done on the day via friendly staff. I did this today and it was very quick and easy. Large sports hall has always and continues to accommodate children's birthdays and 'playtimes' with bouncy castles and soft play areas. Other days it houses gymnastics sessions, indoor football and coaching of sports science students from schools in Coventry, under Elite Sports. Holiday camps are often run from the centre through Elite Sports. Dates are posted onto their Facebook page under 'Elite sports' Shower and toilet facilities available.”
