This has saved me a lot of money. She also explained some other stuff and generally was very helpful at a time that was a bit stressful for me. The pharmacist was also very helpful.”

“Always really friendly, helpful and efficient but tonight even more so. We had a return to send via DPD. I've never sent one before and 2 local places made it impossible. So unhelpful. I would explain but you wouldn't believe me, it's so ridiculous how we were treated. I was really starting to get quite upset and worried I'd have to pay extra to have collected. The lady behind the till straight away said, yes, I can do that for you. Scanned it, added a label, gave me a slip to say I'd dropped it off and that was it. Friendly, helpful, efficient, no fuss. “An excellent shop, packed with plenty of items you need at very reasonable prices plus hundreds of items that you didn't know that you wanted or needed. Queues at the limited checkouts can be long but the staff are both friendly and helpful.”

“I visited Sainsbury's early in the morning on way into Kenilworth. Its very clean and organised and there are lots of staff willing to help who are on shop floor organising the shelves. I also love the organic range that Sainsbury's sell and regularly pop in after work to get a few bargains at the end of a day. This store also has an Argos on the premises. There is plenty of parking and a great wine range too. I enjoy having this store and enjoy collecting nectar points.”

“Found this lovely boutique at a market I was visiting and the owner was so lovely, friendly and helpful (especially with sizing for a collar for one of my dogs). The collar I bought has been great quality and must confess I was worried about it getting dirty but this hasn’t been a problem at all! So impressed that I reached out to enquire about a collar/leads for my other dog and once again the owner was so incredibly helpful and made/shipped them quickly. Fantastic small business that I wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future.”
