“Stopped in on the way through Banbury. We were dubious after seeing several negative reviews on here, but I've got to say we were pleasantly surprised. No the food isn't Michelin star quality, but its a well priced feed up. All the staff were more than pleasant and we were extremely impressed by our waitress Lilly. She was extremely polite, not only to us but to the other customers around us. Thank you. We will be returning”

“I had a very warm welcome from Leticia at Cafe Aroma, Westwood Campus, Warwick University on Friday 22nd April 2022 and enjoyed my lunch break. Sadly Beth wasn't there on that day but I thank Beth very much for the two bags of Aroma goodies that Leticia handed to me. I also thank Leticia for taking several photos of me inside Cafe Aroma. I also met Aggie and Simon Thomas who I thank, they kindly gave me a very interesting guided tour of the two Caffe Nero's at Warwick University. Simon also took a photo of me outside Cafe Aroma and another inside Caffe Nero, Sports Hub. He also kindly drove me back to Coventry to enable me to continue my Alan's Nero Tour weekend of the West Midlands.”

“I treated my family to breakfast here this morning (4 adults, 3 children). On arrival we were shown to our table, and the requested high chair was already in position. The food was excellent. The cooked breakfast was well presented on our plates, and the poached eggs were cooked to perfection. All the buffet food was excellent and replenished as soon as things ran out, or were running low. The three server's were all very busy, but always pleasant and friendly. I'll definitely treat my family to a breakfast here again.”

“Stayed here overnight on a long journey. Everything fine. Very happy with the accomodation, hence a very satisfied 5 stars. However... Tripped over a couple of gotchas, though not the fault of the owner (lovely chap). 1, The room must be paid for in cash on arrival – my fault, I missed the message from Booking.com. 2, No breakfast! This is Google's fault: the description in G-Maps clearly (& incorrectly) categorises this guest house as a B&B (it isn't), *AND* it says that breakfast is available. It isn't. The owner hasn't served breakfast in over 2 years. The details in Booking.com are correct and I should've spotted this discrepancy. C'mon Google, get this entry updated. Why is it taking you over 2 years?”

“I recently stayed at the riverside and it appears to be recently refurbished and modernised. It's been finished to a high standard. The staff were friendly. The food was good. The tv stations in the rooms are endless. The water pressure in the bath will blast it off you. Wifi in the rooms are free and good.”

“Great hotel for Travellers. I had a lovely large bedroom with 2 king-size beds, on my stay but I did upgrade on booking invite. Evening meal was limited in choice but good portions of food.”

“Would recommend eating here, food was amazing. Starter were nice and tasty, main meal portions were big too. Didn’t have room for desert after. Go and experience this place when in Coventry. Wicked atmosphere, can bring you own drinks too, as small selection of draught beer.”

“I recently visited Burger King and was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the food was! Their signature Whopper truly lives up to its reputation. The bun was soft and lightly toasted, making every bite satisfying. Compared to other fast-food chains, Burger King’s burgers feel more genuine and freshly prepared, not just “fast food thrown together.” The fries were another highlight — served hot, crispy, and golden without being too oily. They paired really well with ketchup and made the meal feel complete. I also appreciated the variety of drinks available and the convenience of free refills, which is always a plus. Service was friendly and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long for my order. Portion sizes were generous, and the price was fair considering the quality and taste. I left feeling full and satisfied. Overall, Burger King is a great choice if you’re craving a flavorful and well-made burger. “Really lovely clean hotel, has it's own car park and is in a good location. Lovely room, staff were really welcoming and they do a nice breakfast too. I had a room with a single bed. The only thing I would mark it down for was that some people might find the shower cubicle a bit small really but it was okay for me.”
