The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was truly excellent throughout my visit. ​The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and more than enough for 2 adults and 2 children to share. However, the real highlight of my trip was the spa. It was a truly amazing experience. I had initially booked a massage but was delighted to take advantage of a 40% off offer to add a facial. The spa staff were very accommodating with this last-minute change. ​My therapist, Hannah, was fantastic. From the back massage to the facial, she was an absolute professional. I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated by the end of my treatments. I would highly recommend the spa and Hannah in particular!”

“First class stay at Holiday Inn Express, great professional service from all staff members. Room and breakfast were excellent as was the shower and room facilities (tea, coffee, towels and toiletries), maid service daily and carried out at a sensible time too. Although the only slightly negative comment would be if you have booked a room with a door to an adjoining room it isn't 100% soundproof, saying that I didn't feel the need to ask to be moved to another room because of it. All in all a very pleasant and trouble free three night stay.”

“Arrived October 28th and had a lovely stay at Travelodge. Amy was so kind and welcoming — she even found a bin bag at breakfast so my little girl could tidy her rubbish. Tom was also amazing, helping carry my bag to the room after it broke. The room was clean and comfy, but it’s the staff who really made our stay. Thank you both!”

We had an issue with our buyers pulling out but they remarketed the property and resold the house in 2 weeks. It was warm and comfortable with ample room for us to get round and speak to people. Keepers Cottage has good parking and is easy to find too! Melanie was easy to contact and clear about what info she would need and when, as we were straight after the Christmas/New Year break. Thank you!”
