At the time I was very isolated, scared, I had an extremely negative view of myself, and I didn't know how I could fix it. Simon is a very likeable person. I connected with his style of humour and I felt very comfortable during our sessions. Particularly, when I opened up about my most difficult thoughts. During our time together, he helped me build the ability to tackle my negative beliefs and helped me to gain confidence to bring to every aspect of my life. This has allowed me to explore and discover myself in ways that, without his help, I might never have done. I am in a much happier place now. I have the tools and practice to continue building as a person and I am exceptionally thankful for his help. I cannot recommend Simon enough!”

“I have used this pharmacy twice now instead of trying to get a GP appointment and can highly recommend. A quick questionnaire by a staff member and then I was seen by the pharmacist quickly. She gave great advice and told me to come back should my problem continue which was a great relief as it’s the Easter Weekend and the GPS are shut. I find all the staff friendly and very helpful.”

I have dealt with the pain for many years and got physio here and there but it got too much and I needed to visit a chiropractor to see if that would help. I messaged Rosyth Chiropractic clinic and luckily got a cancellation appointment. I was really impressed and put at ease with Vikki who is a complete professional. “Each visit after initial foot washing and inspection any problems are discussed. Nails cut and filed , any corns or callouses, thick skin , is removed painlessly and dry areas buffed . To finish both feet are moisturised and then massaged. . Maria is always friendly and gives excellent advice on foot care . I recommend the consistent chiropodist care from Ferry Road Foot Clinic”
