He has looked after my previous dogs, then I had a gap and when I got my new dog, 18 months ago, I went straight back to the practice and discovered he was still working, so I was delighted. “I’m only giving 5 stars to the great guy that use to work there who sadly died few months back, but the woman who works there is not very nice, she shouts and says rude things without even knowing the truth. She accused my husband of stealing money that my mum had sent him, we never got it because it was sent to the wrong address by mistake and she said that my husband had the money and was not telling me the truth that he had it (which he never did) she also said that my husband can speak English and that he’s pretending that he can’t understand it (when he really can’t understand English properly) and that he’s a liar and a thief. After some time later we found out that the money that was sent to the wrong address or country ended up going back to my mums bank account after all. After that I’ve never been back to her since and never will!”
