Not through water damage but due to its age, almost 200 years old! Anyway, Property Repair were appointed by my wife and I and they commenced a week later. They were extremely polite and professional and protected my house while getting to work replacing the huge cornice and ceiling. “Very helpful staff. One or two harsh comments below from "customers" which require a response. The Registers of Scotland staff came into work during Covid when nobody knew who would catch a lethal dose. The staff put themselves in harm's way to keep the departments going. Yet some thoughtless keyboard warriors do not think about how much the staff do for their customers. Plus the staff are having to put a whole new set of systems in, and enable new laws to work in the middle of a lethal pandemic. So maybe a little more appreciation for the staff please. I have been lucky to have dealt with the Registers of Scotland since 1988 and ALL that time, across dozens of title conveyances, the staff have always been pleasant, kind, helpful and professional.”
