I visited recently to attend a course and was really impressed by the stillness in the house, especially on coming in from busy Leith Walk! Furthermore, I thought I had left a folder there, it turned out I had lost it somewhere else, but both Jeanette, one of the Wellspring management staff, and the tutor from my course went to huge lengths to try and find it for me, and got back to me really quickly too.
