“after being stung by a large jellyfish, it became clear quite quickly that i was suffering an adverse reaction. the pharmacist at boots gave me antihistamines, a glass of water and asked me to stay so she could observe me. i sadly became worse and boots called 999. i cannot recommend the care fatima the pharmacist and the team at boots gave me”

“Never had any problems, here since ,I changed from calder pharmacy due to such POOR SERVICE. GIVEN BY THEM..the waiting area is rather small.But the service from the staff here is Excellent, if you are not too sure about something ,they will take the time to explain it to you.and are always helpful..very very busy place.so be prepared to sometimes having to wait,,I have never had to wait more than 10 min.”

I asked if it was possible if the continence products could be delivered as I have a shoulder injury at the moment and they said yes they could do that and they would deliver all future prescriptions. She offered to contact the GP and phoned me back as soon as she had spoken to the surgery. She also phoned me back as soon as the prescription was ready to collect. Top notch customer care!”

“We met with the pharmacist after a very short wait to speak to her, maximum five minutes on a busy Friday. She was very thorough with gaining background information and then spent plenty time explaining the treatment they recommended and why, signs to look out for if there was any adverse effects. It was a skin issue and I also found her to be very understanding and non judgemental of why I had not acted sooner. Excellent service.”

“Great service today from Pam. After noticing a problem with the doctors prescriptions she took the affect ones back to get sorted at 10am. I returned to pick up my prescription at 4pm but Pam found that the surgery had not returned the amended prescriptions but put them in tomorrow's pick up. She then went to the surgery found my prescription and got it made up as I waited. Very much appreciated.”
