Advice offered about Bothwell Medical Center which I visited and received a prescription. On return to the store to seek my medication I joined the small queue and waited my turn. My observations impressed me; every member of the team was knowledgeable, helpful, genuine and showed a real interest in their customers needs. I received my medication and now 2 days later feel considerable more comfortable. Great experience on the back of great values, team work and leadership. “Hamish has never gone anywhere else. From he was 12wks old we took him to visit and get treats for several wks b4 his first appointment. The owner was wonderful woth him. Every 8 wks since then(he's 7 now) and we love how gorgeous and happy and relaxed he is when he comes back. The owner genuinely cares for the health and well being of every animal she deals with. She has pionted out any changes in his body in case we may have missed them. Hamish has a wee growth under his chin. The owner actually measures it with a ruler and notes any change. We trust her totally with the hairy member of our family. She dotes on dogs and is wonderful with dogs even with behaviour issues. She has studied dog behaviours and adopts dogs which otherwise might not have homes.”

“We stayed just for one night as we were travelling up to glencoe. The fact that our dog was allowed in and the rooms were of high-quality made it even more special. We arrived in the evening and they managed to fit us in the restaurant. The food was great, generous portions and cooked fresh! We woke up early in the morning and had a dog walk around the golf course with the map that they provided to witness a spectacular sunrise. After the walk, we went to the spa and wow! If you stay here, make sure you check into the spa with the facilities they have it was amazing. After that, we had a lovely breakfast with great views and great service. Would stop here again.”
