“"I've been a member of Nuffield Health Milngavie Fitness & Wellbeing Gym for a while now, and I must say, it's an exceptional facility. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand or offer advice. The gym is well-equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, and the group fitness classes are fantastic. The real highlight, though, is the racquets section. With five indoor carpet courts, four outdoor artificial clay courts, and a fully indoor padel court, it's a haven for tennis and padel enthusiasts. The junior tennis coaching program is also top-notch, with expert coaches guiding kids through various stages of development. The facilities are impeccably maintained, and the café serves great coffee and food. I've had some wonderful experiences with the staff, particularly Jayden and Ruaridh, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Overall, I highly recommend Nuffield Health Milngavie Fitness & Wellbeing Gym to anyone looking for a comprehensive fitness experience. It's a bit pricey, but trust me, it's worth every penny!”

His confidence has grown immeasurably, from being too scared to go on stage for a small show to now being the 'bad guy' in thr GKPA panto has been incredible. He's made great friends of all ages and backgrounds as well as learning new skills. The opportunities he has had have been fantastic, from performing in various local theatres, both with his group and with external artists to work shopping with performers from the West end stage. From the very first taster session she gave me so much confidence and removed any of the fears that I had. I really enjoyed the lessons, something I have never said about being in a swimming pool. I can't thank Heather enough, I've gone from someone who would never go near a pool even on holiday to someone who is now looking forward to getting into the pool on a regular basis.”

“I have been attending sessions with Paddy since early January, following a RTC last year which left me with multiple orthopaedic injuries. Having had no physiotherapy from statutory services, I felt my recovery looked bleak. In the short time I've been working with Paddy, I cannot believe the difference - for the first time I can see some what of a "normal" life in the near future. I am now walking confidently with crutches and building up the strength to walk unaided entirely. Prior to these sessions I was predominantly using a wheelchair! It is so wholesome to be able to engage in some activities with my children again. He has exceptional knowledge and works with such patience and compassion. He is holistic in his approach and looks beyond the physical components and offers genuine advice and support. I will be attending sessions for some time yet and I am excited to see further progress. “My 5yo son has been enjoying coming to Taekwondo . The owners are professional, kind and very knowledgeable with really good customer service skills. The coaches/trainers are really good with kids, they make the class fun for the kids, my son always looking forward to go. All staff possess amazing verbal skills to engage kids in the exercises, they have patience and take their time with kids. Mrs McGowan was very supportive and kind when my son was scared to start Taekwondo and helped my son overcome his fears. There is a waiting room for parents to watch their kids on tv, plenty of seats, changing room and toilets. The kids receive a booklet to track their taekwondo progress, it’s tailored for their age and filling it out and learning from it with my son is exciting. I found that there are plenty of classes running so parents can manage to take the kids along whenever suits. There are adult’s taekwondo and fitness classes too, which I may explore in the near future. Parking is ample and easy to get to.”

“Well what can I say about this salon- too many amazing things to mention. I went in today having let my hair get so matted and was ready to shave it off but the manager gail talked me out of it and suggested that they try and detangle it. 5 hours of tugging and working on my hair they worked miracles and it was still long and straight and now shoulder length. I didn’t need it shaved but the girls were absolutely amazing working on me all afternoon they never stopped and when it was finished I was so thankful for a full head of hair and a beautiful cut. Thank you so much again to all of you- gail, netty and Karen absolutely amazing experience”

“HAPPY and PEACEFUL children! We entrusted our puppy to this school because from the first meeting with the management we understood that we had finally found "HOME". Being foreign, our puppy would have needed support not knowing the language and finding himself in a completely new environment with no points of reference. We had tried another nursery school and it was terrible, in fact our puppy didn't like going there willingly but since she started her journey in this nursery school she was reborn. All the staff with love, dedication, patience, understanding, professionalism made him feel at ease, she looked after him carefully, making him feel safe and well-liked. Whether you are a foreigner or not, this nursery is wonderful because the children are not "parked", they are "loved" and are not just numbers. Each of them has a reference teacher and every day we are told how the day went, the progress, the activities, the outings and what was served for lunch or snacks. Not to be underestimated and indeed on the contrary the structure deserves to be highlighted.. Safe, spacious, full of games and equipment to entertain and learn new things for children, clean and tidy but above all the value of education is also conveyed. I believe there is nothing more beautiful for a child than feeling at home and for this I really thank everyone for the wonderful work you do, you positively change the future of these children because thanks to you they learn, play but above all they are calm and happy and nothing is more important.
