Took it here and the team were was straight up honest and said it was so knackered it would cost more to fix it than was worth the hassle as it was in all fairness a very old car. Many mechanics would have capitalised on my dire situation as I was 300 miles away from home when this happend! But these guys helped me out by pointing me to a few hire places nearby and kept an eye on the bits in my old car whilst I looked for a new one instead. They're decent, knowledgeable, hardworking people who are professional and kind too. I only wish I could've given them a higher score than 5 stars as these guys genuinely helped me when I was in a terrible situation and thanks to them I'm back home and out of that nightmare. Straight away I took an impression that they were frank and transparent about the info they were providing, rather than lying, embellishing, or wooling my eyes to see the car sold by all means. So, I decided to go ahead and I have bought the mercedes. In a very short time the exhaust appeared to be blowing badly. I got back to them, building up an apprehension in me that I got scammed. But I was wrong. They have taken ownership of that and promptly The very next week I brought the car back over to the garage, where the exhaust got welded on the spot and professionally. Since then, the car is great The bottom line is that they aren’t scammers, liars, or cons. To the contrary, they are honest, trustworthy, and accountable. Of course, trading in old cars conduces the risk of the cars may appear faulty, that’s true. But what makes a huge difference between legit traders and scammers is whether they will take responsibility for that or rather shall bolt away immediately after selling it to you. Most of the times they will run showing you the middle finger. ZumZAuto are different though. I took the car there for a damage assessment and estimate for the cost of the repair work. The estimate was very reasonable, so at a later date, we booked it in for the repair work , subject to my daughter’s approval, of course! The car was in the repair shop for in excess of two days, exactly how long we were told the repairs would take. We were kept updated on the progress and anything extra which needed to be done to complete the work . When we collected the car, Jim showed us the finished job, with which we were absolutely delighted. Our daughter is also delighted with her shiny, now damage free car. I can’t praise Jim and his workers highly enough, for the fantastic standards of the work which was carried out on the car. Jim is such a nice, friendly man and we also had the pleasure of meeting his wife, who is equally as nice. Should we need any bodywork repairs done in the future, JB Coachworks will definitely be our go to place.
