“Young male cashier could not have been more helpful when I took a dizzy turn today at Tesco in Burnside today (23/11/). He packed my shopping for me and offered to help me to my car. Found me a seat until I had recovered. Very kind and attentive service. Thank you”

“I went down tonight to collect some bits and bobs. I needed something from the bottom shelf and due to me having limb girdle muscular dystrophy I have alot of pains in my back and knees and feared I wouldn't be able to get back up! I asked a staff member for assistance, her name was Chloe. She was busy stacking some shelves. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I didn't feel like a burden or a hassle. So thank you Chloe! And thanks co op for being disability friendly! Made my experience so pleasant and easy, it's the little things!”
“Me and my daughter went into this tesco for shopping, first time using scan and go, we were confused but a member of staff called Shona helped us enormously and made us feel very comfortable! Thanks Shona☺️”

“Good store. Supermarket size rather than convenience store. Wide selection of foodstuffs. The local Post Office is located inside. There is a good sized carpark plus some on street parking.”
“Handy local store. Plenty of parking and recently refurbished. Usually well stocked with seasonal items such as burgers for BBQ season etc. Decent booze options, with good deals. Staff are friendly and have a kiosk for lottery or cigarettes, a couple of checkouts for trolleys/bigger loads or four self service desks for quick getaways. There is a Costa coffee machine and a hot snack area for pre made breakfast rolls etc. Meal deals for lunch options and a decent bakery.”
“Helpful staff & usually good availability. Clean & well organised”

“This is my local Sainsbury's. The security guard is kind and will always give you a nod of greeting (don't think about messing with him though; it looks like he's seen some things) Over years I have never had a bad experience as a customer here. Although on certain days and times stock can run low (i.e. if you come after the lunch rush you probably won't find your favorite sandwich or salad) but otherwise it's a fine place and the people who work there are helpful and on point.”
“Best super market in Glasgow and has goodninventory one can scan and buy products no huge lines quality and quantity comes in one place. Monthly condiments and vegetables could be purchased. There are many ready to products like sandwiches burgers breads etc. Got good collection of chips. Even sauces and saussage are also available. Hassle free shopping with cool staff and secured place to shop.”
“There is no where to get decent coffee around here. This shop has now got a Lavassa self serve coffee machine, and its really nice coffee!!”

“Thanks very much Sarah, she helped me yesterday and she’s doing a great job. Very nice staff.”
“Just found out today that the Bearsden branch is closing and I am absolutely GUTTED. How CAN Lidl do this to the residents of Bearsden??? Have been an EXTREMELY loyal customer of this branch since it opened and am extremely disappointed that they can make a decision like this. We have few shops or supermarkets in the area and this is a vital lifeline for young and old alike. DISGUSTED!!! May not shop at Lidl ever again, and believe me, I spend a hell of a lot there!!!! Profits come way before customers it seems in this case. Just disgusted.”
“Great shop and great staff, very friendly and great banter.”
“Helpful and friendly staff who are always happy to help as well as a range of stock, including freshly made bakery items.”
“Been shopping here for years. Nice friendly staff. Always clean and well stocked.”
