“Visited store today and recieved excellent service from Bill. He overheard me saying I loved turnip, but hated trying to cut it. Bill so kindly took the turnip and peeled and chopped it all for me. Thanks again Bill, very much appreciated.”
“Good shop but pls try and do something about the sheer amount of shop lifting and maybe get a security guard”
“Stuart, a young man who helped me at the self service checkouts a good few wks ago, was the most helpful and friendly young man I have ever came across in Asda Bearsden. He is a credit to the Asda staff and their brilliant customer service”

“I was in buying some ben and jerrys ice cream and the cashier that served me was sssooooo polite. I didn't check his name tag but he wears glasses and has a slight beard. His voice was really soft too, I wish he could read me bedtime stories :)”
“It is nice to see local, independent grocery shops back in action. This one in particular offers a nostalgic range of fresh bakery products.”

“Thank you to the staff working non stop to bring out the click and collect orders today. My order was huge and I appreciate the staff bringing it to my car. The staff were very organised , trying to make sure nobody waited too long ad they explained any substitutes etc. Well done and hope you have a merry Christmas x”
“Personally, I don't have any complaints. Friendly staff and quick service.”
“Nomination for Outstanding Service – a special member of staff , MD, ASDA Hamilton I would like to nominate Marry D for exceptional customer service following my visit to ASDA Hamilton on Friday evening, 28th November. During my visit, I had already spoken with a couple of team members and through no fault of their own, I still hadn’t been able to find the specialist products I needed and that i didn't even know that i needed. I was just about ready to leave the store thinking the trip might have been pointless. Then I met Marry. Marry immediately stopped what she was doing and gave me her full, undivided attention. Her excellent product knowledge, understanding of product placement and her natural desire to help customers meant she knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it. Thanks entirely to her, I left the store with everything I needed, something that simply wouldn’t have happened without her assistance. Marry is a special person and a genuinely valuable member of staff. Her warm, professional manner and dedication turned my whole experience around. I also spoke with Martin, one of the on-duty managers, who was equally fantastic. Martin saw exactly where i was coming from and he had an Immediate appreciation for Mary's customer service contribution. I hope this nomination contributes towards any in-house ASDA recognition or rewards for outstanding service, because Marry absolutely deserves it. Thank you for having such wonderful staff who make a real difference to customers. Kind regards”
“Absolutely loved this store. I will definitely be back. Very nice employees, very clean store, a fantastic produce section with lots to pick from and more selections in other sections than some of their other stores I've been in.”
“I had the best help this morning when collecting my order especially from Margaret, Kate and Joe. These three staff members went out of their way to help me as I had been given a time of 7.30-8 am to collect, Margaret patiently guided me to customer services. Kate called Joe to get my order and he willingly went to collect it for me. Margaret offered to get me another trolley as the one I had was a bit stiff and veering to the side. Kate kept me company and made me feel better about seemingly coming to collect too early and Joe brought my order to me with no issues, even though the first collection should be 9am. The time I had on my email was as stated earlier. I feel I haven't really explained myself well in this statement, but I can't thank them enough and I know some people would say "they are just doing their job" but it was more than that to me, they helped me and were patient and I am so grateful. They need to be told that they are a credit to the store. Thank you Margaret, Kate and Joe I am so thankful for your help. Anne Marie Taylor”

“The lady that works here is underappreciated and nice, cut her some slack.”
“I’d say this m&s is really decent. Back in the day I too worked at an m&s down in London, so I appreciate the struggle of working here and the great effort staff go through to keep this place spick and span. Come here regularly, worth a visit.”
“A little oasis of excellent ready-to-go meals, snacks and drinks. The staff is stretched thin but always manages to promptly serve customers, ending with a "thank you".”
