“Your average Argos center. Ample self service counters. Helpful staff. Some initial confusion in inputing the discount code at the self service station but staff were helpful in solving this. Large amount of parking available outside.”
“I had an issue with a purchase today and I came back to the store with no receipt and a bit nervous about how I’d be received. The customer service team were amazing - helpful, understanding AND they solved my problem. Thank you, Asda Bishopbriggs. You are the best!”

“Find this to be one of the better supermarkets around. Although small they do offer a wide variety of produce at good quality. They also do a delivery service which can be at your house in 2 hours...like can't gribble with that.”
“I placed an order today through another app and had to call for some assistance. The support I received was absolutely outstanding – the staff went above and beyond to help me, and their attentiveness was second to none. Truly incredible service!”
“Got what I wanted, smaller range than a larger store would have but it’s very handy in a bind”
“From the smallest of places can come the greatest of things, unashamedly supporting key workers in the day to day work, highly recommended”
“Great store. It's close to the Safestay Hostel.”
“Very friendly staff and fair prices. I like this location due to the great variety of energy drinks and sandwiches compared to other nearly locations. This IS the only tesco which stocks Rubicon raw Blueberry nearby. And they have the bacon and ketchup sandwich which is great for people who dont like mayo such as myself”
“Pleasant place to shop. The staff are always helpful. One member of staff Mary Walton in particular, is always on hand to provide us with assistance. She is always pleasant, chatty and very helpful. Being of the older generation, her patience and kindness is greatly appreciated.”
“Excellent local convenience store. The staff are very friendly and work incredibly hard to keep their customers happy. They also do a lot of community work.”
“This is one of my favourite places. Their customer service is excellent—not only with customers, but also with delivery riders. The staff’s behaviour is always very kind and professional. They pack all orders on time, and as a rider, I have never had to wait for an order here.I also work as a delivery rider, and every time I collect from this store, the experience is outstanding. The staff are polite, helpful, and respectful. On one occasion, my bags were very heavy, and instead of handing them to me one by one, the staff kindly helped carry my bags to my car. That gesture really meant a lot to me. I don’t remember everyone’s name, but every single member of the team is amazing. Whenever I work as a delivery driver and receive an order from this store, their service and positive attitude genuinely make my day. This is one of the best Tesco stores in Glasgow. A big thank you to the entire Tesco team for providing such a wonderful and respectful experience.”
“Placed an order on SnappyShopper. The prices cheaper than UberEats and all my items I order actually arrived unlike other stores. Also arrived an hour before estimated delivery time! Definitely be ordered from here again!”
“Great shop got all the stuff you need and shop staff are so friendly 10/10”
“Visited this Tesco superstore and had a generally pleasant experience—except for one slightly unsettling detail. There was this granny who seemed to be following me around the store like some kind of produce-obsessed shadow. Every aisle I turned into, there she was—staring at the same apples I needed, inspecting the same carrots, and somehow bumping into me at every turn. It felt like I was in an unspoken race for the last bag of potatoes, and she was clearly winning. I tried to speed up, but she was always a step ahead, as if she had some sort of mystical connection to the store layout. Maybe she was just really into her shopping, or maybe she was secretly hunting me down for my top-quality tomatoes—who knows? Apart from my granny stalker, the rest of the store was a dream. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering assistance without me even having to ask. The aisles were well-stocked, the shelves neatly arranged, and the checkout process was quick and smooth. Despite the odd encounter, I left with everything I needed—and a few extra glances to make sure the granny wasn’t secretly following me to the parking lot. Would I return? Absolutely. The service was great, and I got everything on my list. But I’ll be keeping an eye on that mysterious granny next time—just in case she’s planning to shadow me again in the dairy section.”
“the staff are always dead lovely, the security guards are top class too :)) I love being in here whenever I’m working which is like almost everydayyy”
“I love shopping there; the prices are reasonable, the products are good, and most importantly, all the staff are kind and respectful. I'm French and I don't speak much English, but they're always happy to help me express myself. Thank you! the kebab meat and the delicious pizza”
“This supermarket sells some household goods .There is also a post office inside and cash machines plus toilets. It's accessible for wheel chairs and has plenty of parking spaces right beside the supermarket.”
“****** I’ve seen comments about car parking fines, but I think they’re unfair. There are clear signs in the car park and inside the store explaining the policy: if you’re planning to stay for more than 90 minutes, just pop your registration into the tablet provided, and you can stay as long as you like. Simple and hassle-free! It’s also important to note that Costa Coffee doesn’t own or manage the car park. What’s more, these fines are not council or police-enforced. If you receive letters stating you have a fine, it’s worth knowing they cannot legally force you to pay. So blaming them for parking fines just isn’t right at all. Additionally, it’s not Costa’s responsibility to manage YOUR car—that’s on you. The signs are there, and taking notice of them is your responsibility. Passing the blame because you didn’t pay attention isn’t fair. Let’s focus on what Costa does best: yummy coffee, great service, and a friendly atmosphere. They deserve recognition for that, not criticism for something outside their control. ******”
“Amazing staff - the manager, Michael, was extremely kind to my son, when he arrived at the store in a very distressed state. Huge thanks for your empathetic understanding and the help that you gave him.”
