“Had a huge problem yesterday after a well known National fitted 2 new tyres last week. Unfortunately I had a burst and AA took me to a tyre company in Ayr. They sheared the locking wheel nut, AA confirmed that they were torqued far too high. Contacted the National and they refused to accept any responsibility. I was recommended J&H and they had all the wheelnuts removed by a specialist and fitted new nuts all round. Staff were superb from Reception to the Owner, incredibly efficient and had me back on the road within 24 hours.
