Thought the rabbit ears were expensive in comparison to my local raw food supplier but at B1G1F they work out the same price…and when they arrived they blew my own supplier away. They were more than 5 times the size of the scraps I’d been using. Give them a try. The chicken feet were also very reasonable.”

“Nomination for Outstanding Service – a special member of staff , MD, ASDA Hamilton I would like to nominate Marry D for exceptional customer service following my visit to ASDA Hamilton on Friday evening, 28th November. During my visit, I had already spoken with a couple of team members and through no fault of their own, I still hadn’t been able to find the specialist products I needed and that i didn't even know that i needed. I was just about ready to leave the store thinking the trip might have been pointless. Then I met Marry. Marry immediately stopped what she was doing and gave me her full, undivided attention. Her excellent product knowledge, understanding of product placement and her natural desire to help customers meant she knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it. Thanks entirely to her, I left the store with everything I needed, something that simply wouldn’t have happened without her assistance. Marry is a special person and a genuinely valuable member of staff. Her warm, professional manner and dedication turned my whole experience around. I also spoke with Martin, one of the on-duty managers, who was equally fantastic. We get medication for a family member from another chemist, and due to an oversight it was not collected, meaning they would have no medication over the New Year holiday. Within an hour the Pharmacy team had sorted out an emergency prescription.”

“Visited this Tesco superstore and had a generally pleasant experience—except for one slightly unsettling detail. There was this granny who seemed to be following me around the store like some kind of produce-obsessed shadow. Every aisle I turned into, there she was—staring at the same apples I needed, inspecting the same carrots, and somehow bumping into me at every turn. It felt like I was in an unspoken race for the last bag of potatoes, and she was clearly winning. I tried to speed up, but she was always a step ahead, as if she had some sort of mystical connection to the store layout. Maybe she was just really into her shopping, or maybe she was secretly hunting me down for my top-quality tomatoes—who knows? Apart from my granny stalker, the rest of the store was a dream. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering assistance without me even having to ask. The aisles were well-stocked, the shelves neatly arranged, and the checkout process was quick and smooth. Despite the odd encounter, I left with everything I needed—and a few extra glances to make sure the granny wasn’t secretly following me to the parking lot. Would I return? Absolutely. The service was great, and I got everything on my list. But I’ll be keeping an eye on that mysterious granny next time—just in case she’s planning to shadow me again in the dairy section.”
