“The team at this practice are second to none. Any query or concern I have, I find them to be very thorough, helpful and reassuring. Today I had fright where my cat took a seizure for the first time. I phoned first thing and Vets4Pets saw him as a priority this morning. They went above and beyond. I believe he was seen by Dr Moroka who honestly I was blown away by. She heard all my concerns, was so patient, and explained things really well. I would say she also has the really unique ability to put a concerned owner at complete ease. As someone with a lot of anxiety I can ask a lot of questions and overthink a lot but at no point did I feel at all I was second guessing myself / self conscious about this which is really unusual for me in these types of scenarios. It would be a miss to leave out the Care Advisor ( Sheila ? ) who was also so compassionate and very informative with regards to what to expect, billing / insurance etc. She showed such a genuine interest in my cat and what had happened, and similarly to the Vet was able to put me at ease almost instantly. A massive thank you to the entire team at Vets4Pets Cumbernauld - we wouldn’t manage without you!”

“Anyone who has pets I would highly recommend nardini vets they are the most friendly, deocated, caring people and give 100 percent every time my cat had to be put to sleep recently due to health problems and they have been there for me all the way until the end they couldn't do enough and made you feel at ease and part of their family also there prices are very reasonable which makes it easier not to worry about the cost. Would recommend them and can not fault them and thank you vet team for all you have done for me and especially my cat and making us feel a part of your family. All are love beauty and cassie”

“Last week I received brow lamination & LVL from the beauty studio within Superdrug Paisley. The lovely therapist Razia was very attentive and kind. She was patient with me as I really struggle with things being near my eyes and have sensitive skin in general. She was very informative about after care and what to do during the procedure especially making a conscious effort to ask if I was ok and reassuring me which I really appreciated. My mum also received a brow and lash tint which she was really pleased with. A week later everything still looks great and I feel for the price I couldn’t have received any better treatment outwith. Would recommend and will definitely go back again.”

And there is another lady who used to work on the Healthcare section who has now moved into cosmetics who any store would be so lucky to have. I didn’t catch her name, but has tattoos & undercut. So helpful, great advice. If only all shop staff could be taught by these ladies!”

“Never a busy store. Always plenty of staff and stocked shelves. Discounts on a wide range of aftershaves, perfumes etc. Only thing is some days there is a wait on prescriptions but still quicker most local chemists.”
