“The Staff are so understanding and also both compassionate and caring. A truly wonderful Organisation for those People like myself who are going through unforgiving Mental Health Issues.”
“Friendly staff great environment for appointments. Can't fault”
“Just called in with a minor ailment. Team are excellent and very caring. First class service.....and they generously sponsor our local rugby club! A valuable part of the local community. Thanks all.”
“A very friendly atmosphere, and friendly staff. The room was very cosy and pleasant. A very relaxing experience.”
“Just want to give a big shout out too Billie the swimming instructor that works with my son Logan! He started with her in October last year terrified of the water after a drowning scare. Every week he has a lesson and we are now on holiday and he is in the pool non stop, jumping in, swimming under water and even diving which he was struggling with before we came. I cannot thank you enough for giving him the confidence to do all of this! So a massive thank you for everything you do.”
“Mostly positive just wish they would inform the public more about changes to swimming pool program as these changes affect those who want to swim in lanes”
“A fantastic gym. Very friendly staff, and a terrific range of classes on offer, included in your membership fee (only £20 a month if taking out an annual membership). Also a great PT service. Highly recommended.”
“Cool place for children! very clean and safe. parents can watch how the training is going. trainers are very professional in their approach to children of different ages and with different levels of swimming.”
“Hi I suffer from Bi Polar disorder which was diagnosed 22 years ago. I am on a number of medications which really help me to manage my connection. I am so grateful to the centre of the work that they do and I have a excellent team who I work with to keep me out of Hospital. I worked for many years in the banking and mortgage industry, 5 years ago I had to stop working. This broke my heart as I felt useless and that I had no value. I worked all my life. In Ireland I had a summer job in McDonald's. When I left school in 1981 I worked in the Restaurant in BHS which was beside the GPO. I then got involved in Advertising and Marketing and then a Public relations company before leaving to work in the UK.”
“I am not sure why this practice has such a low score, I've never had any problem, Dr Brown and Dr Shand are the most amazing doctors I've met! So passionate about helping people. Only had one problem with other doctor who didn't want to send me for mri after quite an accident, due to high BMI (which has nothing to do with my leg, and the mri report shows big issues) but thanks to my lovely physiotherapist I've got it done in no time. But this situation doesn't change my mind about my care I am receiving from others. And my loviest nurse Lee-Ann is best ❤️”
