“Went here to look for Black out roller blinds . There was a good selection available. I found a Black hessian blind i loved, it was very thick, expensive looking and not expensive to buy. They were easy to trim and fit to the size i needed. So glad I bought the 3 I needed for my bay window .”

“Perhaps an unusual shop for a disabled customer, but I was looking for a short lightweight waterproof jacket. By chance, I saw the shop on my way through the mall, and on an impulse went in. As my wife and I were browsing we were approached by a salesman. I said we did not need help at that time, but would call him over if we needed assistance. I easily browsed the rails from my wheelchair and navigated my way to an open space to try on a jacket. Our friendly salesman appeared immediately to help where needed to remove my own jacket and try on my selection, perfect fit job done! Payment at the easy to reach card reader was trouble free and we were able to sign up for newsletters and discounts. Great experience helpful staff there when needed, and a good selection of clothing and good stock levels. Braehead is good shopping for wheelchair customers and plenty of easy parking. There are plenty of lifts, and there is easy to access all the shops.”

“Was looking for dining room chairs managed to find two nice chairs. Only thing I don't like is the parking you only get three hours first time I went got a parking fine it's a privately owned car park there are signs but they are small so don't get caught out”

“Excellent store. Unfortunately kitchen couldn’t be installed due to health issues. Kitchen is now in and is great. Whole experience of designing the kitchen, receiving it and customer service has been impeccable. David G from the kitchen team has been a star and has just provided a great service and been very approachable.”

“Have been many times before. Enjoyed our time there with the family. Went in the afternoon- prefer this time- quieter. Plenty of variety to choose from- all hot when eaten. ( good tip when at any buffet- stir the food about and take the food from the bottom- I was told this many years ago ). All food looked appetising and tasted good and all areas looked clean/ checked regularly by staff. Staff clearing tables regularly. A good place to go when we're back at Braehead shopping!”

“Fantastic product and exemplary customer service. Due to covid my 3 year old twins have had limited swimming opportunities, and so are not as confident in water as they could be. After just one session using their turtle packs they were both floating (something they have not done before) and much more relaxed in the water. It is really great to see their confidence and enjoyment of swimming grow. We have also been given a lot of great tips and support from the team at Turtle Pack which has proven to be invaluable. Highly recommend this product.”
