“Went there yesterday for the first time and it was a very good experience, the new owner was very welcoming and kind aswell as the rest of the staff. Food was very yummy too. Will be definitely going back very soon, our new favourite place to eat. Thank you for your amazing service”
“That's how double decadence should look like. Great job, JACK AND WILLIAM.”
“Food always amazing and the quality is great everytime. We ordered lots of different things and all the family were agreeable to how good the food was was. Food was cooked to order and ready in good time, restaurant quality food. Best local takeaway since it opened all those years ago”
“Whoever the lad was that just delivered food to Bowmore Gardens (wasn't us) was an absolute legend of a guy! Super enthusiastic and polite to me and my kids. Give him a payrise! (He drove a grey masda)”
“Food was great, as per any good establishment. The main point was the person on the phone. She was phenomenal, not too long ago she displayed amazing customer service. Very down to earth. Thanks. Johnny :D”
“I've had so far 3 pizzas from here and some minor sides. Pizzas are thin, well done dough, something kind of an Italian style. Nothing like thick heavy and greasy Indian pizzas. My missis would only eat this one now. Was that helpful?”
“Highest quality fast food, great prices, all meals taste amazing and the owner and his team are lovely and engaging with their customers no matter what time of the day it is. It's currently going through a process of change and the new look and menu are phenomenal!”
“Fantastic food and really friendly staff. I have been a few times now and every time the food is excellent. Well worth a visit. The lunchtime focaccia’s are outstanding.”
“I booked this place for my birthday and eating here made my day so so special. The staff here is so warm, friendly and sweet. The atmosphere is very lively and homely. The food is absolutely delicious. I would really recommend getting the Malaysian Laksa Ramen. P.S. It gets really busy I would recommend booking in advance so that you don't have to wait.”
“An absolutely incredible pizza from a very unsuspecting spot. I got the rossa slice just to see if the basics were covered correctly and they absolutely smashed it. That plus ragu stuffed arancini was only £4. Four quid like! Daryl serving was very nice and the simple cafe atmosphere was ideal. No fussing about and just letting the pizza do the heavy lifting.”
“This little pizza place is heaven! Popped down to try today for the first time, and tears of joy and happiness. This is the most delicious pizza ever. Super fresh produce, the gentleman was very friendly and working very hard infront of the pizza oven lovely service. As a carb connoisseur, this is now at the top of my list, PLEASE do not go anywhere this is my happy place after work now AMAZING!”
“Great pizza tried the best in Glasgow ( mozza, paesano, pizza pinks) this is the best.”
“First time here since moving to the area and heard they are relocating, which after the meal we had we're thinking of relocating with them! Pizza is fantastic proper Italian pizza with great sauce base and toppings, chips are the best chips I've ever had from a takeaway (can't usually expect much but they were crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, well seasoned). We were knackered from the move but the family are lovely and gave us a free loaf of sourdough and garlic butter for breakfast which, considering we have nothing was so lovely and much appreciated. Definitely be back, just wish they weren't leaving so soon!”
“Ordered from Cotto Via tonight for the first time and all I can say is I wish we had found this place sooner. To say the food was outstanding would be an understatement!! Will definitely be a regular customer after tonight. 10/10 for customer service also - the staff could not have been nicer ❤️ If you’re thinking about ordering from here, DO IT. You will not be disappointed!!”
“We held a special christening lunch here and everybody raved about the food. Smiths were excellent at dealing with our dietary requirements and gave us ample space in the restaurant for comfortable eating as we had two babies in prams. Delighted we chose to spend our special day here and will return.”
“Quality over quantity with the menu as the options are falafel or hummus. Great lunch scran under blue skies for only a fiver”
“Best pizza in Scotland!! the owner is so nice and friendly, the waitress very helpful. Every pizza is so tasty and crunchy. Perfect!! Nice and cleaned place. High quality!!”
“Stumbled across this gem during a whistlestop stay in Glasgow. No fuss, great service, amazing food.”
“I enjoyed lunch here today. Food is well priced and service was alright. It’s a small Chinese food shop and the food is so fresh. It’s traditionally made so I liked that it didn’t taste like the typical ‘westernized’ Chinese takeaway. Food tasted fresh. The price is really fair tbh and the staff was helpful with the menu. The menu is very limited I must say. I wanted the shrimp dumpling but it wasn’t available, went for the shiitake ones and it was great. We spent £50 pounds and this covered tea, dumplings and mains and an extra serving of dumpling. Also the portion size is amazing and we ended up not finishing our portions.”
“Travelled from Oban tonight to fly abroad in the morning. Scrolled through JustEat and wasn’t feeling anything… Until I saw BANGIN Pizza. How did I not know this place existed? From order till delivery, I kid you not, 20 minutes. Unreal!!! One of the best pizzas i’ve ever came across in my life. It was so good I almost hit the missus. Just know that every time I’m driving to Glasgow, I’ll be stopping here. Take all my money, and my car and house!!! Love the food guys, keep it up ❤️”
“Just love this place! My go-to for pizza every time. The cakes and tray bakes are also incredible!”
“Amazing food, I had the chicken & cashews, my husband had the red Thai curry. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend. We’ll be back and also will be trying the take away too”
“We intended on eating here last time we were in Glasgow, we wish we had as we had an excellent time. The pizzas are amazing, we had the Bianca pizza, the whole menu looked awesome and lots of variety. Great selection of drinks as well and great coffee. Staff are excellent, Heather looked after us and she was very engaging and provided great suggestions. Eat here if you are in Glasgow.”
“Fantastic establishment. Pizza was really good and well worth the time spent here. Real Italian woodfire Pizza made in front of you gets your tantalising taste buds flowing. There is a reason why this place is popular. Well done to the staff.”
“This ramen spot was our first stop upon arriving in Glasgow, and it turned out to be a great choice for a quick and satisfying meal. While it appears to be part of a chain, the quality didn’t disappoint. I had the black garlic ramen, which was particularly enjoyable—the broth was rich and flavorful, and the meat was tender with a delightful crunch that added great texture. The atmosphere is casual and perfect for a laid-back dining. The service was also very attentive, making the visit even more pleasant. All in all, a solid option if you’re looking for a tasty, no-fuss ramen fix.”
“A wonderful experience! We opted for the 10 course summer menu with wines and were so pleased we did! A very warm welcome and with our 4.45pm slot the place was virtually empty on arrival so we were able to choose a lovely spot to sit before being guided through the menu by our friendly, knowledgeable server who was wonderful throughout and keen to chat with us about each course and wine and seemed genuinely interesting in our thoughts throughout. We opted for some delicious apperitifs as well. The menu itself was fantastic, I particularly enjoyed the melon gazpacho to start... a great start to a summer menu (and on such a hot day). I also really enjoyed the Mussels and Fregola dish. My husband loved the pork dish. We were both pleased to be proved completely wrong about what we thought our "top picks" would be. Wines were paired well and we enjoyed all of them; I was very surprised again by what I thought my favourite wine would be Vs what it actually was. I noticed the goats cheese dish was prepared/served very differently to what I've seen on their own social media but I can only imagine this is part of the development of these dishes/menus and it was absolutely stunning so not a complaint by any means! We got married on the first so travelled up to Scotland to visit some family for a "mini moon" and wanted to treat ourselves to a memorable evening out. This absolutely delivered and we felt was great value for money. If I was to find any minor criticism it would be that the music at points really didn't seem fitting for the setting... a wild playlist that rapidly fluctuated between "bangers" to more chilled music. That being said we actually found it quite funny but may not suit all diners!”
“I was given a gift voucher by my workmates for my birthday. They know I love seafood and my friend from work recommends this restaurant and goes regularly. My partner enjoys steak and so we decided on the Wednesday Surf 'n' turf menu. Absolutely excellent. The staff were attentive, conversational and cared about providing good service. Cosy and non pretentious. The food was exceptional. Every single element was cooked to perfection. The meal I had was one of the best I have ever had in any restaurant. They obviously care deeply about the quality of the food they serve. I'm now planning to return very soon for the full seafood experience This place is a gem!”
“Fabulous experience sampling The Mad Hatter's Tea Party menu. When each course is served it's expertly explained by serving staff and accompanied by a little theatre. Absolutely delicious food served in beautifully decorated surroundings. I have read some reviews indicating that the tables are extremely close together. This is true but we didn't find it overly intrusive. Overall a fantastic experience.”
