βIt is not easy to put into words the gratitude my family and I feel for the care given by all the staff at Birkley care home. My mother suffered for many years with Alzima and sadly lost the love of her life in November 2018 leaving mum alone and confused. For a number of years we cared for her at home but following a hospitalisation she was referred to Birkley care home for recuperation and all this was only for a short period the care she got was second to none. Some time later following more hospitalisation she was placed into a different care home and this was not to the high standard that we had experienced at Birkley care home. She was then moved to another care home and sadly that care still did not match Birkley care home so when a place came available at Birkley we grasped the opportunity straight away and what a difference it made to mum and all of our family. The care and attention to mum needs was brilliant and considering the staffing problems that this industry works under the staff were fantastic. All of my family want to give the biggest possible thank you to all of the staff but in particular those that saw to my mums needs on a daily basis. John Fallowfieldβ

As I entered the reception area I were greeted by a friendly lady receptionist which put me at ease straight away. The treatment I received that day by Ellis and his lady colleague were absolutely first class and I am delighted with the result. Ellis is skillful and professional and his attention to detail is second to none. He explains exactly and accurately what work needs to be done concerning your personal dental health, also Ellis does not look for extra profitable work which is quite rare these days. βEverything went perfectly, I was so scared as never had surgery before but the surgeon put me at ease came to see me after too. The nurse who then took care of me after was the most caring person I've ever come across, wish i got her name so i could thank her, she walked me to the car at end. There was a bit of a wait at start as expected so i suggest you take your phone chargers for the waiting roomβ

βHad problems with my knee for 18 months or so, had physio elsewhere but no difference(apart from being a few hundred quid lighter). Was resolved to going down the surgery route but read these reviews and tried here. Abbie who is very professional and clearly knows what she is doing said if I dont feel any improvement after 2 sessions then it wont work. After the first session the difference was surprising and after 3 sessions it feels miles better.β
