“So I was using the £5 car washes for ages, booked in with Alex for a 1 day polish and the car was unrecognizable!! I didnt understand the damage I was doing to the paint work until I went to A&R, my paint work was all swirled! Was a mess!! Luckily Alex managed to restore it back to new! Since then I've not gone anywhere else!! I've also had the interior detail done and if I'm completely honest I don't even think the showroom cars were as clean as mine was! 100% RECOMMENDED!! I would NOT take my car anywhere else but here now. Great service, the guy even came to my place of work!! All for a very reasonable price too! Definitely ch eck him out!!”

Usual dealer prices, but that said a lot of independents or bosch service centres charge similar hourly rates, so in my case I'd rather have genuine ford parts fitted. Plus I struggled a bit to find locally garages that could handle the commercial vans too. Customer service is good. Keep in contact with you with updates etc. Plus they can pick your car up & deliver back, providing you have arranged this with them and it's applicable etc to you and so on. Overall a decent place as an independent Ford dealer.”

“Called yesterday morning at 08:10 with my front left suspension coil spring that had snapped and needing replacing, I had the coil spring already and just required the part to be fitted. I was not expecting what I wanted to hear after phoning my usual garage who couldn’t get me in till a week later and numerous other garages who couldn’t help as they were busy, to my surprise they told me to bring car down and it would be done that day. When dropping it off 10 minutes later the relief was clear on my face that they could fit me in and I explained I was greatful for fitting me in at such short notice with two young children ages 2&3 I rely on my car heavily for nursery runs and work. To my surprise I had a phone call within the hour to tell me the part had been fitted and it was ready to pick up. Some friendly advice on two new tyres was discussed on pickup and I will be arranging this at my earliest convenience as I knew they needed doing but due to the experience I will definitely be returning with my custom. Thankyou again so much!”
