“Been here a few times for drinks and to see bands. But unfortunately more recently for a couple of funeral wakes. The pub provided refreshments of sandwiches, quiche, sea food, sausage rolls, salad, chicken, pork pies everything you could think of. Along with scones, cakes, roulades, tea and coffee and it was all really nice.”

“Great local. The five stars goes to the chef. Simple food done right, never had a bad thing to say about the quality. They always have a local ale on which is nice too. If you want a good little pub with some nice grub in a lovely location, this one does it.”

“Had our boys 6th birthday party there today, went really well, not over extravagant but all the kids loved the play and a perfectly sized table for them all to sit around. Great party for our little boy, he had a fantastic day. Thanks Funalot.”

“Came this morning for for a coffee and chocolate twist and was exceptional service checking allergens for me and being very friendly and kind. When I got to work I realised I must have been given someone else's coffee. Didn't call or anything as accidents happen. Anyway by chance I ended up going back for a late lunch later in the day and mentioned my coffee in the morning and the lovely staff remembered me and gave me my tea for free. Excellent service and super friendly staff. I only left a bad review at a London costa couple of weeks ago for mega contrast in customer care. Maybe the London staff could come to this store for some training ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️”
