“First time we’ve used Tung Po - the food was amazing. Hot, fresh and tasted great! The chicken in black bean, noodles and chicken with seasonal greens were excellent. Very good prawn toast and spare ribs too… all of it good quality and reasonably priced. Loved it!”

Also for a friend, ordered the Sweet and Sour Special, and was delighted to hear that not only were there full, juicy pieces of battered chicken, but there was an equal ratio of succulent king prawn (very special, indeed!) “Visited Mr. Su’s Noodles & Dumplings in Leeds and was genuinely impressed by the quality and flavours. Their ramen, both vegetarian and chicken, is absolutely outstanding. The broth in each bowl was rich, well-balanced, and full of depth — you can really tell it’s been slow-cimmered and thoughtfully prepared. The veg ramen was comforting and flavourful with fresh vegetables and a beautifully seasoned broth, while the chicken ramen was equally impressive with tender chicken and a perfectly umami-rich base. The noodles had just the right bite and soaked up the flavours brilliantly. Portion sizes were generous, presentation was appealing, and everything tasted fresh and authentic. The ambience is relaxed and welcoming, and the service was friendly and efficient, making the overall experience even better. If you’re in Leeds and looking for proper comfort food with authentic flavours, Mr. Su’s is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!”

The prices are far more reasonable than other take aways in the area, the service is quick, from answering the phone and taking the order to the delivery itself. “A fantastic family meal! We had booked a table for 7pm and arrived on the dot, there wasn’t any other customers in at that point so we got seated and served straight away. We browsed the menu and ordered quite a few different dishes, our drinks came straight away and the food wasn’t much longer! The aromatic duck starter was lovely however there wasn’t enough wraps, we were maybe 2-3 short of what we needed, it would also be nice to see bigger duck portion options as you can only order 1/4 crispy duck. Our mains arrived shortly after, all of which looked, smelled and tasted amazing. The place started to fill up and before we knew it there wasn’t a table empty which is great to see! Some of the dishes are a little pricey but honestly the taste and portion sizes make up for it! We live 3 hours away from York and are already planning our next trip so that we can come back to Hong Kong Chop House for another delicious Chinese feast! Keep up the great work.”
