“Since the abrupt closing of the chemist at the Slisden Medical Practice it has been necessary to obtain my partner's father's prescription from the main street pharmacy. As he is house bound it is important that the prescriptions are delivered to the house. Most of this was done seamlessly. Unfortunately due to a misunderstanding by SMP one item was not included in the changeover. This was not notice, by us, until he had run out of the very important tablets. After a quick phone call to the pharmacy they quickly made up the prescription for collection,we collected that one, at the same time while we were there, the chemist made the necessary arrangements for the repeat order to be delivered in future. Thank you for your understanding and quick response, which was to us very important.”

“Absolutely amazed at how fast the ladies in that BK made everyones food and handed it out today!!! I only saw 3 ladies in there. It was extremely busy and I cannot believe how well they handled the business. They all need praise for the efforts made. However, several weeks ago, I was visiting a member of my family up north and stumbled across this Sainsbury’s with my elderly grandmother. This is when I met Farhan, I don’t say this a lot but appraisal is due when you meet such an exceptional member of society. Farhan was welcoming into the store, and ensured that it was cheers all around. When it came to checking through my shopping, he was prompt to assist my elderly grandmother with her groceries as we struggled to carry them out, until we were able to gain assistance from other family members. It’s very rare to gain such a high standard of service from any supermarket, and his personality alone would be enough to bring me back in the future. Promote! Promote! Promote!”

“My son has attended nursery for the past five months, I have been really impressed so far with the whole experience especially in light of Covid. Even though I am not allowed to enter the nursery because of Covid during drop offs and collections, there is nothing as a parent I feel I am missing out on due to the excellent online system that enables me to see activities throughout the day and provides in depth information about development and progress it’s so easy to use. The staff are so friendly and feedback at the end of each day is always personal to my child nothing is too much trouble for the team and most importantly they are all so smiley and welcoming”
