“Recently moved to the rastrick area and i have never been to a shop with more welcoming and accommodating friendly owner who’s name is zaiby what a truly lovely funny man and his staff mo and lotte are also truly lovely people always very welcoming and we have had some lovely chats,zaiby,mo and lotte all go out of her way to help me grab a few items as im in my late 60s and struggle greatly but they are always quick to help in any way they can,prices are brilliant and the products are all in date and well stocked,i asked zaiby if he could get me certain chocolates and he got me them the very next day and ive truly never known any shop to go out of there way for the customers,i have not yet used the parcel service but what an added bonus will most definitely be giving it a try in the near future,im very confused as to why there is any reviews stating rudeness when each time i have been every member of staff has truly been lovely to myself and every person who enters the shop gets the same friendly warm welcome”
