βHad my implant done only today but the young and extremely lovely lady that made me so comfortable! She knew what she was doing and joked a bit which help a lot. My daughter was allowed only in waiting area, which was amazing as some clinics donβt Ellen allow this! Shame I could not take her with me. Despite me being extremely anxious that I cannot be with my daughter (suffering with severe separation anxiety) I was made feel comfortable and cared for. Booking consultation was amazing and again lovely lady on the line. As done only today, cannot comment much on the pain etc afterwards but that depends person to person.β

βAmber at reception has been extremely patient and helpful on multiple occasions when supporting my daughter β he always goes the extra mile and it really makes a difference. Dr Hankin has also been amazing, not only providing excellent care but also escalating my daughterβs case when 111 had given poor advice. I really appreciate the time and attention shown. The only area that could be improved is the phone system β the waiting time can be very long, and the call-back option is currently only offered to those at positions 9β10 in the queue. It would be so much better if this was available from around position 2β3, as itβs a great option for those who canβt sit listening to hold music for a long time.β
