“Great place for a 3yr old. Been a couple of times. Staff helpful and pleasant. Food is good. Waited 30mins for jacket spud. It's cheaper during term time ie £3.20 instead of £4.50. They did a meal deal for kids when I attended on a Friday morning which was £5.50! It was clean enough and you can see most of the play area. You are buzzed in through a secure door. Free wifi. They have a loyalty card for a free entry and a loyalty card for hot drinks.”

On the day the rooms were decorated well, and the three David Lloyd staff hosts did an amazing job of keeping the children entertained, fed/watered, and cared for. “We couldn’t be happier with Cheeky Monkeys. Our little one loves going everyday having attended right from Babies, through Tweenies and now in Toddlers. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the rooms are perfect to accommodate all the activities by suitably of age group. The app (Blossom) the nursery has started using is fantastic so we know and can see just what our little one has been upto all day! Cannot recommend highly enough.”

“I had my 2 kids last year at the nursery and I was really impressed with the quality of the service. They have a very good and kind staff. My older son speech had improved significantly and he was struggling with speaking because of the tongue tie. And my younger son is making sentences of 3-5 words and he is only 2 years old. All of this was possible because of the really amazing staff.”

I am leaving a 5* review already because we have been treated really nicely during the visits, I was impressed by the spaces and the organisation of the nursery and surely the process of registering our child couldn't be more straightforward. It's our first child, we haven't lived in the area for long, don't know many people with kids and it was a stressful time choosing the right nursery. I do believe we have chosen wisely. BONUS: They offer a refer a friend scheme too, which I didn't know about but you know now!!! I'll come back to update the review once our son has settled.”
