“I had dinner with friends yesterday. The portions of course were big, the food also was served quickly, and the price was very reasonable compared to other Chinese restaurants. My favorite was the spring rolls, which were really good! It is different from the normal small spring rolls, but big and crispy. And sweet and sour chicken with duck dish.”

“Came for food, all I can say is wow, had pie chips and veg, it was beautiful, the pie was home made and full of meat and potato, and to the brim with tasty gravy, beautiful home made chips and fresh veg, not frozen FRESH, the food was hot, and it even came with a jug of thick gravy. 10 out of 10, would defo come again There were few regulars in who were extremely friendly, the lady behind the bar was extremely polite, and great at her job. My wife has severe allergies and everyone was super accommodating from the moment we arrived, even the chap behind the bar knew about them and the chef could explain all the changes made to each dish - very reassuring. We had the tasting menu and the food was excellent, not as excessively and unnecessarily posh as some places - no foamed essence of unicorn - just the best version of each food item you've ever eaten, served with a smile and a warm welcome. Will definitely be back next time we have something to celebrate!”

“If I could have given this review six stars, I would. The service we received was beyond belief. Having been to every menswear shop in Leeds and Harrogate looking for a suit for my wedding and finding nothing I liked, I finally went to Paul Smith. It was during COVID times, so most places had reduced their lines of suits. Paul Smith had a whole floor dedicated to suits. The first member of staff helped me try on various options for about an hour and was really helpful, but I still wasn't sure so I left to think about it. Some weeks later, I returned and Assistant Manager Dan was the one to help me choose this time. I must've been there two hours, and Dan couldn't have been more helpful. He offered tonnes of advice, pinned up jackets and trousers to show what alterations would look like, and even got me a couple of drinks. I was with one of my groomsmen, so the visit led to my groomsman trying on a few suits too. The experience impressed me so much, I decided to buy 4 suits for myself and my groomsmen. That transpired to several trying on sessions, several rounds of tailoring/alterations (all at the shop's expense), and I group of four ended up visiting to shop many times before and after working hours. Dan kept the shop open late and opened early to accommodate the times we could get there. He kept in touch via email to let know when ordered suits and alterations were back in store. Dan couldn't have been more helpful. We were all delighted with the final tailored suits, which led to further purchases of shoes, shirts, belts. The rest of the team at Paul Smith were also really helpful and friendly. The ironic thing is, I'd previously found the shop difficult to shop in: things felt a bit too pricey, I'd found the range limited, I thought the staff were aloof and the experience intimating. How wrong I was. Once you engage with the staff, you realise they've a wealth of knowledge, there's a lot more products not on display and they'll really help to get you kitted out. Cheers, Dan, and all the staff, you've made a customer for life.”

“Just spent the best part of an hour in here. Sally was extremely helpful from start to finish. First of all, persuading my partner to try on a different style of jeans than his go to style. Then sharing so much of her knowledge with me about the women's jeans and which might suit me best as well as being encouraging with my lack of confidence on sizing. She threw a few curveballs in that I loved and probably wouldn't have considered without support!! Throughout this experience Sally was attentive towards the pair of us grabbing different sizes and offering her thoughts on how the jeans fit, whilst also being excellent towards other customers and running round the shop keeping it tidy along with her colleague whose name we didn't get. Overall a brilliant experience, we will be returning but maybe once our bank balance has recovered!!”

“Booked in 3 heads which were quite intense and needed alot doing the booking was made last min, I can’t fault Rossa Massimo Hair salon Huddersfield, their attention to detail was second to none with a 5* service and quality of colour, we all came out as extremely happy customers.. Enya agreed to do our hair on a day the salon doesn’t even open & Jazz who booked us in was super accommodating as well as understanding, while also being very considerate of Enya the member of staff who would be working alone on us all, they were so helpful even gave us after care - checking in to see we were happy customers!! Get booking ladies you won’t be disappointed! I trusted Enya to do what she thought was best for my teenage daughter & she pulled it off beautifully can not fault the girl whilst being so young & working so hard with great customer service skills she remained professional throughout although she was under some pressure doing 3 Asian heads alone & this isn’t a easy task by far!!!
