“I got my hair cut here today by James and my experience was beyond lovely. I'm usually very anxious when I go to a hair salon but James made me feel at ease immediately, he was friendly and professional and even offering guidance on products that I could use on my hair to help it have more texture. I also really liked how he offered his professional opinion such as adding light layers, it's always nice when I have no idea what could look nice on myself but James was able to give his professional opinion and make me look way nicer than when I came into the salon. When I left, I couldn't stop looking at my reflection in all the shop mirrors I was passing by, I'm surprised I didn't walk into a pole! Overall the service was fantastic and I'm so happy with my hair, I'll certainly be back again! Thank you again James!”

“My experience was wonderful! Abi was my stylist and she was fantastic, I would definitely come back to her. The service was attentive, warm and welcoming and the salon was clean and calm with nice ambiance of gentle music and conversation. I was offered a drink upon entry and my coat was taken, and the wait time was very short. I was very well taken care of, my needs were listened to and met easily and I was consistently asked throughout the process if I was happy and if I wanted to change anything. Abi explained every step of the process to me so I was comfortable and reassured at each stage. The end product is fantastic, I won’t go anywhere else for my hair now!”

The boba drinks itself are delicious - each style is full of flavour and makes me crave even more! They have friendly staff, clean and pretty places to sit and even toilets! “Friends of ours recently moved to the area, so we went to visit them for an evening, and after reading about the pub online beforehand, I was a little on the fence as the place has some 'strict' rules. However, as soon as we entered, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the regulars were also lovely and chatty. It felt like a time warp (in a good way) of when pubs were pubs, and people mingled and just chatted and laughed. Something that feels lost these days. No riff raff, just good people, and good beer. Although I'm only 32, I gravitate to pubs with older punters, as they're not stuck to a phone all evening, and just want to socialise and be present. We all loved the place. It was cosy, warm, inviting, and best of all, extremely fairly priced! We will definitely be back the next time we visit!”
