We nearly went with an agent that we realised at the point of paying deposit that they had really bad reviews. We then did some research and found a reference to Ayaan on tripadvisor. Since the very first call and then hundreds of texts and calls up until hajj itself, Fraz remained helpful, friendly, patient.
