“I had a consultation recently with Mr Smith re: upper blepharoplasty. I had wanted this procedure done for many years and had taken lots of time to research clinics anf surgeons. The clinic was very calm and reception staff very welcoming. I found Mr Smith to be very professional, approachable, and personable. He fully explained the procedure and risks/healing journey. After assessing me, he explained he didn't recommend the procedure for me currently and explained the reasons why I wasn't really suitable. Although I was disappointed, (and still am!) as I wasn't expecting that outcome, and had finally plucked up the courage to book a consultant, I appreciated his honesty and sense of professional responsibility and ethical standards. I will definitely book into Coppergate again in the future if I'm considering any other procedures.”

“I recently moved to the area and have tried a few salons for my waxing and manicure needs. My experience was nothing but pleasant. Anna Maria made me feel at ease during my wax and was very gentle. It was honestly the most painless one I have had. I originally booked for a builders gel manicure but she was honest and up front that she was not overly happy with the current product she had recently started stocking so we decided on a shellac manicure instead. Previously, my shellac manicures barely last a week and 2 at most. I was on holiday in the pool, snorkeling and not being the most gentle on my nails and they lasted 3 whole weeks! I will definitely be back for further treatments”
