“Visited the hotel today for afternoon tea and it was simply lovely. The young man who met us at the front door was friendly and helpfully took us through to the dining area. The waitress who served us was amazing -friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. And the food was just gorgeous! 2 hours spent relaxing in a beautiful setting, drinking prosecco and eating beautiful food- a really great way to spend a Friday afternoon. Thank you.”

“I have been coming to the salon for 3yrs now started off just being a basic nail paint however one day Scarlett suggested something different for me and what can I say I have never looked back if you want a nail artist who can do a whole range then check her out the atmosphere in the salon is chilled relax and I myself treat it like a therapy session. While enjoying my next design and there is not on thing Scarlett can't do and she is so reasonably priced.”

“Beautiful hotel, very close to train station and a short walk from the main shopping area of York. We had a lovely visit, and most of the staff were very courteous, welcoming and friendly. The room was well presented and we had a very comfortable bed. It is a higher priced hotel and you could see the attention to detail and little touches that made it special. We were slightly disappointed that we didn't receive the same warm level of greeting as other guests. It was a stay we'd saved for and had looked forward to very much. It was obvious they had regulars, which is fantastic and means the hotel gets it right as a general rule. But it would have been nice if we'd had a little conversation with the check-in member. The couple being checked in next to us were being asked very general questions like where they'd travelled from, creating a little conversation, but we didn't get the same; just a hello and asked about what card we wanted to put on file for incidentals and then silence. I did attempt to make a little polite conversation with the receptionist but it was clear that they were not interested. It made us feel a little awkward. Asking simple customer service questions makes guests feel welcome and at ease, which we didn't experience at that point. On checking out it was better; we were asked if we'd enjoyed our visit to York, where we were going back to, etc. It made us feel more welcome, even though we were checking out. All in all though, our check in experience hasn't put us off booking in again at some point. Chances are it was an exception to their usual level of service.”

“An amazing Lymphatic drainage experience. 6 weeks after having my BBL surgery and liposuction I was full of fluid, uncomfortable and covered in bruising. Barley able to move, just after 3 sessions I felt like I was finally able to function properly and start work again. It wasn't what I expected, it was better. I trust zahid and I’m so grateful i stumbled across his clinic. Money defiantly well spent. I cant recommend him enough.”

“I’ve tried a few different places in Pontefract now but Henry’s is by far the best in my opinion! The staff are super welcoming, they never make you feel like you are putting them out like a certain other place that I won’t mention. They take their time, even when they’re busy. I only ever get gel so can’t comment on acrylics but they always do a lovely job and my nails always look super neat! I’ve been getting magnetic nails done recently and they’re really reasonable at just £25 (inc removal) and last ages! Would 100% recommend. The staff actually chat to you here as well which is nice ☺️”

“I have been coming to Supreme Skin Clinic since January 2016 for full body laser hair removal treatments. So far I have done 5 out of my 6 sessions. I am extremely pleased with the results, my hair barely grow back from one session to the next and it's obvious that I won't have to go back to waxing or regular weekly shaving once I'm done with the full 6 sessions. My hair is quite coarse and black and just seeing the results make my life so easier and care free with regards to hair removal. The machine the clinic use is top of the line and very effective, and most importantly, not painful what so ever! Sarah, the laser specialist, is very professional and knowledgable and it's clear to notice that she has a vast extensive experience. I would totally recommend this place in case you are considering having laser hair removal.”

“first visited top2toe around 10 years ago, when i returned from a holiday abroad on my motorbike.i had developed a massive knot in the muscle on the top of my right neck/shoulder area Lynni took care of it in around 5 sessions with a deep sports massage and also worked on my lower back muscles as they were very swollen after a season the motorbike. She really knows her stuff and after the sessions with her my muscles were back to normal. i have continued to visit her as & when i require my lower back or neck area to be put back to sorted out Lynni always does a good job and i feel so much better after she works her magic. i will also visit her for one of her no hands massages which are superb. Lynni is bright.bubbly,talkative and a lovely person to be around,she really makes you feel welcome when you start a course of treatment.”
