This was because Mum had phoned many times to Thornton surgery and was told she needed a home visit due to her health needs and Mum was keen to have the jab. Dawn spoke to the Nurse, who was doing the flu clinic that afternoon. There was a time slot available, Mum had her flu jab. Fantastic communication between the staff there, and now Mum is protected for this year. Thank you.”
