They were obviously busy but I had a phone call that afternoon confirming the diagnosis and a very reasonable price. Next morning before 11 had a call to say all ready. Being only 20 minutes walk from the uni it was convenient for her to collect on the way home. Excellent service thank you”

The part had to be ordered in as I wanted it to be a genuine peugeot part, Chris ordered the part, picked it up and delivered it to my door as I couldn't drive. This is what you would call going above and beyond, Excellent customer service hence the 5 star review. All I can say is Thank you for today it will not be forgotten.”

“I've used LHA for over 10 years now and have always found them to be very helpful and good value. This morning I called them as I had a problem with my car which needed dealing with. I'm in the middle of a really busy week and was dreading my car being off the road but the issue was with the brakes and I daredn't put off dealing with it. Rang them at 8.45am to see what availability they had to take a look and quote for the repair. I was told I could drop it off straight away for them to look at. They even had a courtesy car available so that I could get back to work and carry on with my busy week without interruption. Having dropped it off just after 9am, I got a call at 11.30am to explain what they had found, which was in line with what I expected based on the symptoms, and what the cost was. On asking when they would be able to have the repairs complete I was told that they should have it ready by the end of the day. Can't fault them for the service that they provide, how quickly they're able to respond and even the cost (though not cheap) is very reasonable for the work required. I changed jobs 4 years ago which means that LHA are no longer the most convenient garage for me to get to, but other garages closer to home are either much more expensive or don't provide the same level of service/quality of work, so I keep coming back to LHA time after time as I know I always get what I expect from them.”

He arranged recovery from York to Elland at a reasonable price. It was promptly picked up and he soon sorted the problem. Since then we have used Ringroad Jeep regularly for any age related issues and servicing. When you speak to Nick and explain a problem he immediately seems to know what the issue is.
